If the salesman feature in enabled in company then follow the below steps to add a salesperson:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select masters option.
Step 2: Select salesman or broker option and click on add.
Step 3: After opening it enter the required details name, address, broker account etc then save.

Why is the party balance display in wrong group?

If the party balance appear in incorrect group, you can change the account group by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on master menu
Step 2: Select the account tab then click on modify option
Step 3: Now, Update the correct group in account master and save the same.

How can I update my billing address in BUSY?

You can update your billing details from the edit company option and for the party from the account master.
Pls follow the below steps.
Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Then Masters
Step 3: Then Modify
Step 4: Then select the account then update the billing address and save it.

How can I remove HSN from the item master?

To remove HSN from the item master follow below steps:
Step1: Go to Administration menu and then click on masters section
Step2: Now click on Item option and click on modify and then select particular item
Step3: After that remove HSN code from the specify HSN/SAC code option and then save the changes

How do I configure GST rates in the software?

To add GST rates in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company, then, go to Administration tab.
Step 2: Select Masters the click on Tax Category.
Step 3: Click on Add and enter the required details such as Name, Type, Tax Rate, etc. and save.

How do I add cess rates in BUSY?

To add cess rate in tax category, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration menu.
Step 2: Select Masters then click on Tax Category.
Step 3: Click on Add and then enter the necessary details such as Name, Type, GST Rate, Cess Rate, etc and save.

How do I enter new customers into BUSY?

To enter new customers into BUSY, you can follow these steps:
1.Open BUSY.
2.Go to the Administartion,
3.Masters , add
4. Select "Accounts"
5. Choose the ledger group as "Sundry Debtors" .
6. Enter the necessary details such as customer name, address, contact information, etc.
7. Save the information to create the new customer in BUSY.

How do I correct items with different names?

To correct item names in BUSY,follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on administration and then click on masters.
Step 2: Select item option and search for the item with the incorrect name, select it, and click on the Edit or Modify option to update the name and ensure the new information is accurate.

How can I enter a new godown/warehouse location in BUSY?I am getting errors while importing GST sales data from Excel into BUSY. What should I do?

You can enter godown or warehouse location in Material Center in address Field And to Create it follow these steps-
Step 1- Go to Administration and master
Step 2- Then click on Material Center
Step 3- Click on 'Add' Option and enter the enter Godown or warehouse Location in address Field.

I made an entry in the liability section but it is not reflecting correctly in my reports. What should I check?

To ensure that your liability entry is reflecting correctly in reports, you should check if all the vouchers have been included and if the entry has been saved properly. you need to make ensure Account Group Under Current Liabilities selected or not. if not you need to change account group.
