To adjust the accounting head under which a particular charge or income stream is showing up, you need to create a new head and tag the amount of that item in the account. Then, you can select the appropriate category, such as income or expenses, and adjust the entry accordingly.

Step 1: Check the TCS Bill sundry configuration
Step 2 : Check TCS Account master tag under duties and taxes account group
Step 3 : This master should be tag into TCS bill sundry

To ensure that the stock is not visible on a bill in BUSY please follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration and then click on masters.
Step 2: Select items and click on add button.
Step 3: Now add item with service name and do not maintain stock balance set as Y.

You need to correct the HSN code to the one that corresponds to goods instead of service. The HSN code for goods starts with 7, 6, 8, or 5, while the HSN code for service starts with double 9. Once you update the HSN code, the error will be resolved.

 Step 1 :Before making any changes, create a backup of data. Step 2: set up new groups and sub-groups based on your requirement.
 Step 3; Move your existing accounts to the new groups and sub-groups.

Yes, you need to update the party master to show the changed GST number on the portal in BUSY . Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to administration 
Step 2: Select master then accounts option
Step 3: Click on modify then mention party name
Step 4: Now update GST number then save

To modify the unit of measurement for an existing item in BUSY , you have to delete all transaction in which that particular item has been used, as if the master has been used in data so you can not modify it.
 Note: Kindly take backup before doing any changes.

To add a new product to your stock list in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then click on Administration tab.
Step 2: Click on Masters and select Item.
Step 3: Click on Add and enter all necessary details such as Name, Group, Unit, etc then save. 

To apply a cess 12% in the Item, please follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu and then select masters tab
Step 2: And then select tax category and apply cess tax rate in the master and save it.
Step 3: And same tax category apply it on the item master.

To correct the gst showing local in IGST , follow the steps bellow:
Step 1: Go to administration then masters
Step 2: Select sale type then modify 
Step 3: Mention the sale type you chose in sale voucher 
Step 4: Chenge the region to central and save the sale type
