In BUSY, you can update minimum sales price in item master, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on master.
Step 2: Choose for item then click on modify
Step 3: Select the required master then update the minimum sales prices in item master and save it.

If the Bill wise reference is not showing in any account, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on master menu
Step 2: Choose account master then click on modify
Step 3: Select the required account then enable Maintain bill by bill balancing and save the master.

To add customer details for invoice in BUSY, follow these steps : 
 Step 1: Open the voucher and put your courser on the party name and then use shortcut key ALT with M for modify the party name. 
 Step 2: Now you can modify it accordingly.

To search an item with an alias while adding a transaction or view report, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Click on Masters Configuration.
Step 3: Choose name and alias only option in elements to be shown in list and save the configuration.

To ensure that duties and taxes are correctly categorized ,please follow below steps : 
Step 1: To check Tax category is correct or not check on the Clear tax website. 
Step 2:  To check the party side invoice and check the rates are proper or not .

To tag another account for sales in an item, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Take backup of your data.
Step 2: Go to administration menu then select masters option.
Step 3: Select item option then click on modify and after opening it specify the sales account at bottom then save.

To add an account name in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration menu.
Step 2: Select Masters and click on Account.
Step 3: Click on Add and enter all the necessary details such as Name, Group name, Address, etc and save.

To change the name of party master in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on master menu.
Step 2: Choose account tab then click on modify and select the required master.
Step 3: After open the master, modify the name of party and save it.

To specify the sales discount structure in item master, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on master menu
Step 2: Choose the account tab then select the modify option.
Step 3: Now, update the discount structure in specify discount structure field in master and save it.

Here are some steps to view a party accounts GST number: 
Step 1: Go to Administration.
Step 2: Click on Masters.
Step 3: Choose Account.
Step 4: Select Modify.
Step 5: Select the Party name 
Step 6: Click GSTIN/UIN filed on Validate Button front of field. 
Step 7 : Save the Master
