To specify pincode in the party follow below steps:
Step1: Go to Administration menu and click on masters submenu
Step2: Then click on account option and modify particular party master
Step3: Now specify pincode in the required field shown in the left side of the screen and save the invoice

To set item MRP, follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu and then submenu master and select item
Step 2: Then choose modify option and select the item master that you want to update
Step 3: Then specify item MRP
Step 4: Now select Save option to save changes

To create a new account master in BUSY you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu and then submenu master and select account master
Step 2: Then click on add option and mention required details such as per your preference
Step 3: Now save the master.

You can find the option to create a new item in BUSY by following the given steps: 
 Step 1: Go to the Administration menu. 
 Step 2: Click on Masters. 
 Step 3: Select Item Master and click on Add to create the Item Master.

For Local and Central Tax rate, If have to Select the Tax Category In Item Master.
Tax Category : Create the Tax Category for Goods and Services.
Step 1: Administration

Step 5: Mention the Tax rate details for local and central.

To add multiple brands/divisions in BUSY, you can create item groups. Item groups allow you to categorize and track inventory based on brands or divisions. By creating item groups, you can easily manage and analyze sales, stock, and other reports specific to each brand or division.

For make sure changes has been done or not follow these steps:
step 1: Go in administration then go in master 
step 2: Go in Account and open list of account 
step 3: Select account and open account master and ensure changes has been done or not

To create a salesman master and tag their account ledger, you should follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select masters option.
Step 2: Select salesman option and click on add.
Step 3: After opening it enter the required details name, address, salesman account then save.

You can create a party master while entering the purchase voucher by press F3 shortcut key in the party field, this will open an add account master window where you can enter your party details such as name, address, and GST number and save the account master.

To enter the pin code manually for old party, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on master menu.
Step 2: Choose account option then click on modify tab.
Step 3: Select the required master then update the pincode in party master and save it.
