To create a material center for a shop in BUSY Accounting software, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu then click on Master.
Step 2: Select Material Center and then click on add option.
Step 3: Enter Material center name and group then save the master.

To create a party master in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company and go to Administration.
Step 2: Select Masters and click on Account.
Step 3: Click on Add and enter all the necessary details such as Name, Group, Address, etc and save.

To create items or accounts in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select masters.
Step 2: Choose account or item as required then click on add.
Step 3: Enter all the necessary details such as name, group, unit, etc then save.

To modify items in the main menu of BUSY Accounting software, follow the step below :
Step 1: Go to Administration then Masters 
Step 2: Now select Item and click on Modify 
Step 3: Select the item you want to modify
Step 4: Make required changes then save

To add or create unit master in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on master menu.
Step 2: Choose unit option then click on add.
Step 3: Mention the unit name, print name and uqc for gst e return then save the master.

If party details are not showing up in the invoice even after logging in as the main user with full rights in BUSY, you should check these points:
Step 1: If using master series tagging.
Step 2: The configuration of the branch office from the main user's login. 

You can get distributor list by the following steps:
Step: 1 Go to administration - master - account.
Step: 2 Open the account list with configurable alphabetical and select field like - Address, phone number , email Id etc.
Step: 3 Do export list into excel or google sheet.

To add vendor in BUSY , you can follow the below steps: 
 Step 1: Go to administration the click on account 
 Step 2: Select add the mention account name and mention group of account 
 Step 3: Mention all neccessary details and save

To edit or modify the existing voucher date in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to transaction section then choose the required voucher type
Step 2: select the modify option then access the invoice in modify mode
Step 3: Update the correct voucher date and save the invoice.

You can change the email address by opening the account master in modify mode.
 Pls follow the below steps :
 Step 1: Click on administration
 Step 2: Then masters
 Step 3: Then Modify - Here select the account master and the change the email address.
