Step 2 : Then masters
Step 3 : Click on accounts
Step 4 : Open adovcate account on modify mode
Step 5 : Define in mobile no as advocate number.

To check your item master and verify its details in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu then click on Masters.
Step 2: Select Account then Modify.
Step 3: Choose your item and can check your item details.

You can change the party tagged from composition to regular from below steps.
 Step 1: Click on Administration
 Step 2: Then Masters
 Step 3: Then Modify
 Step 4: Open the account and specify the type of dealer in the account master.

No, you don't need to go back to the year an item was created in order to make changes to it in BUSY. Further it is recommended to take a latest backup of the data before changing the name of item.

if not geeting save new party master in BUSY check following step to resolve 
 Step 1: Chek account Group it should be always Sundry Debtors if create New party 
 Step 2: Check User Permision for Create new accounts master

You can modify alternate units for existing inventory masters in BUSY, but if the transaction already exists in the main unit or alternate unit, you will either have to delete the transaction or create a new item master instead of it.

You cannot update the opening amount of parties because it is not the beginning of the financial year. You can only update in the beginning financial year of company otherwise you have split the current financial year for update the same.

To update item details like name, pricing, etc. in BUSY, you can go to the Item Master section. Here, you can select the item you want to update and make the necessary changes to its details, such as name and pricing.
