To create an account in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration then click on Masters.
Step 2: Select Account and click to Add.
Step 3: Enter all the necessary details such as Name, Group, Address, etc and save.

To create a new account master then follow these steps:
 Step 1: Go to administration section then click on master menu 
 Step 2: Choose the add option then create account master by specify the relevant field and save the master.

In BUSY , various fields are provided in Party Master , including account name, account group, address, GSTIN, station, pin code, country, type of dealer, state, email address, and more. you can fill in these fields as per their specific requirements.

BUSY has a list of states and their codes that you can use for your transactions. If you need to find the code of any state, you can refer to the official list published by the government or search on Google.

To resolve the issue of an incorrect IGST percentage in your item in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration and then click on masters.
Step 2: Now you need to edit the tax category and select the correct IGST percentage.

For Set UQC in BUSY 
 Step 1:open company and go in administration 
 Step 2: Then master 
 Step 3: Then account 
 step 4: Then unit 
 step 5: then modify unit and set uqc eg Dozen - DOZ-DOZENS

When you have made changes in the master which is used in vouchers such as Sale Type, Bill Sundry, etc then you need to run Regenerate Dual Vouchers from the Housekeeping menu.
Note: Take backup of your data before running this process.

The best way to maintain item aliases before capitalizing names is to use a small nickname or abbreviation in the Alias field, which can be specific to the company or item. This will help in searching and identifying the items easily.

The weight is showing as 8.8 grams instead of 0.080 grams because the unit of measurement is set to grams instead of milligrams in the BUSY . You need to set unit conversion of grams and miligrams for the same . 

When you enter the GST number in BUSY, you should follow the correct format to avoid any errors or issues. The correct format is to enter the GST number as a 15 digit alphanumeric code, without any spaces or special characters.
