We can configure Tax Rate and TDS through Below Steps:
Tax Category : Create the Tax Category for Goods and Services.
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Masters
Step 3: Tax Category
Step 4: Add 
Step 5: Mention the Tax rate details.

To fix the issue of overwrite item or duplicate item master you need to make sure to create item with different or unique names. As in BUSY you cannot add the master with same name.

If you want to add a new account of party then please follow the given steps
 Step 1: Go to administration menu then master then add then enter details related
 to customer then save.

If you are facing issue that item unit change from boxes to pieces , so you can update unit as boxes by check unit change in master only if voucher not exist of the item.

Here are the some  steps too check :
Step 1: The second invoice option does not appear when making a note for purchase returned goods.
Step 2: It is not applicable for purchase returns in BUSY.

it is possible that the groups were not saved properly or were not assigned to the correct category. It is recommended to check the settings and ensure that the groups are properly saved and assigned.

If you want to modify distributor contact details in BUSY you can follow these steps:
Step: 1 Go to Administration 
Step: 2 Master - account 
Step: 3 In account - modify - update distributor contact details.

The mandatory fields for creating an account master in BUSY are: Name, Group, Country, State and Type of Dealer. Further we recommend to enter all the details such address, GST number (If applicable), Station, Pincode.

If you want to maintain advertising and marketing expense in BUSY you may follow some steps:
Step: 1 Go to the administration.
Step: 2 Then master - account - add.
Step: 3 Add advertising and marketing expense master.

If you are not able to make sub ledger account as general ledger it means that the transactions are already exists with the sub ledger in BUSY then will not to able to change it.
