To fix the issue of overwrite item or duplicate item master you need to make sure to create item with different or unique names. As in BUSY you cannot add the master with same name.

If you want to add a new account of party then please follow the given steps Step 1: Go to administration menu then master then add then enter details related to customer then save.

Q: I'm having an issue with my units/items changing from boxes to pieces in BUSY. How can I fix this?

If you are facing issue that item unit change from boxes to pieces , so you can update unit as boxes by check unit change in master only if voucher not exist of the item.
