To show and configure unit conversion in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then masters.
Step 2: Choose unit conversion and click on add option and configure the unit conversion and save.

There is no minimum profit margin option in item master but we can speficy it sale price. It calculate profit accorinding to the value of sale price and purchase price in profitability report.

To ensure that the MRP during sales voucher is correct or not. Mention the MRP in item master in modify mode and set warning for sale price greater than MRP from warning alarms.

For change account group please follow these steps:
1. Go in administration then go in master 
2. Then go in account then click on modify and select account 
3. Then change group of master

It depends on your business turnover. If your turnover is more than 5 crores, then your HSN code should be either 6 or 8 digits. Otherwise, it can be minimum of 4 digits.

To Modify Item master with correct HSN code You may follow given steps:
Step:1 Go to administration.
Step: 2 Then go to master and modify item master.
Step: 3 Can Edit HSN Code and save master.

In BUSY, we have to create customer and vendor account Master for transaction and can view reports accordingly.

The opening stock quantity is significant in BUSY software as it helps to maintain the balance of stock status and reflects the initial stock available before any transactions made in the BUSY software.

To add customer phone number, we have to go to:
Step 1 : Administration
Step 2 : Masters
Step 3 : Account
Step 4 : Add account master
Step 5 : Define phone number in mobile no. field
