Step 1: Go to Administration then click on Masters.
Step 2: Click on Account option.
Step 3: Click on Add to add customer or vendor.
Step 4: Click on Modify if want to modify the existing customer or vendor data.
Step 5: Then select the customer or vendor and modify the details and save master.

How do I enter the price for product in BUSY?

If you want to configure Unit Conversion in BUSY Accounting Software, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration and click on Masters tab.
Step 2: Select Item option and click on the Modify tab.
Step 3: hetre you can see the option to update the price of Item. Enter sales price ,purchase price ,MRP details

Step 1: Go to Administration menu

What all masters/registries are available in the software?

There are various masters and registers available in BUSY.
1. Masters available in BUSY are item, account, account group, item group etc. that can be access from administration menu and master option.
2. Register available in BUSY are inventory registers and accounting registers such as sale register and purchase register that can be access from display menu under account books and inventory books.

How to create service item in BUSY?

To post sales invoice for service or non inventory item in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on master menu
Step 2: Now, select the item then click on add tab
Step 3: Create the item with required details and enable the do not maintain stock balance option and specify service account in place of sales account and save the master.

I'm having trouble getting a bank account to show up properly in the current assets. It's showing up in the bank record but not in current assets. How can I fix this?

If the bank account is not displaying under current asset in balancesheet then follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on master menu
Step 2: Choose the account option then select the modify tab
Step 3: After access the bank account master in modify mode, update the bank account group in its field and save the master. Now check the balancesheet again.

I think I tagged the wrong group for a party I created. How can I modify or correct the group tagging?

If you think you tagged the wrong group for a party you created, you need to follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration, then select Masters, then select Account, then select Modify.
Step 2: Then search for the party name that you want to modify; in this window, you will find your group name, and you can correct the group in party master.

Why can't I see the tax category and units for products in my list? How do I view this information?

To view tax category and units for particular products, please follow these steps:
Step 1 : Click on administration
Step 2 : Select Masters
Step 3 : Select Item
Step 4 : Click on modify
Step 5 : Select desire item for whom you want to view tax catogory and units
Step 6 : Open item and check tax category and units

I am unable to tag certain expenses to the right account head. What should I do to tag them correctly?

To tag expenses correctly in BUSY, you need to ensure that you have created the appropriate account head for the expenses. If you are unable to find the right account head while tagging, you may need to create a new account head specifically for those expenses. Once you have created the account head, you can tag the expenses to the correct account head.

Is it mandatory to select a group in the party? If yes, how do I create a group?

Yes, it is mandatory to create a group in the party in BUSY accounting software. To create a group in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select masters submenu
Step 2: Then select account group option and then choose add option
Step 3: After that specify the details in the respective fields and then select save option to create account group
