To create item master with pricing details in BUSY, you can follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to adminstration section then click on master menu then select item tab.
Step 2: Now, Click on add then create the item master with item name, group, hsn code, tax category, sales price, purchase price, mrp etc and save the master.

To add account optional field in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration
Step 2: Choose the masters configuration then select account in master type.
Step 3: Specify no. of optional fields then mention name of field with type and select Y to maintain master database otherwise select N.
Step 4: Click on save.

To create a vendor with their ID in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company and go to Administration.
Step 2: Select Masters and click on Account.
Step 3: Click on Add and enter all the necessary details such as Name, Group, Address, etc.
Step 4: You can enter ID in the Alias field and save.

To create masters for items or parties, you can follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on master menu.
Step 2: Choose item tab to create item master and account tab to create party master.
Step 3: Now, select add tab then specify the master name, group and other required details and save the master.

To Add or Modify the account master , you need to follow the below steps:
 Step 1: Go to Administration then click on master
 Step 2: Select the account tab 
 Step 3: then click on add if you want to create the account master and select modify option if you want to modify the account master.

To delete a master record in BUSY, you need to follow the below options:
Step 1: Go to Administration, then select Masters, then select Account, then select Modify.
Step 2: Then select the master that you want to delete after opening the master window.
Step 3: You can click on the master window or press F8 to delete the master.

To found all master item you need to follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration and then click on Masters.
Step 2: Now click on Item option and select the list option.
Step 3: Now select the screen option and then select the Standard format.
Step 4: Now click on All items option and now click on OK option
