To enter the bill from party pin code then follow the steps.
 Step 1. Go to Administration menu then click on Configuration
 Step 2. Then click on Features & Options and click on GST VAT button.
 Step 3. Now Click on Eway bill required config button then mention the place and pincode.
 Step 4. Now click on E-invoice required config button then mention the place and pincode.
 Step 5. Now press ok button and click on save button to save the changes.

In BUSY, Different types of vouchers such as 
1. Sale Voucher:- use to create sales transaction 
2. Purchase Voucher:- Use to record purchase transaction,
3. Payment Voucher:- Record payment transaction 
4. Receipt Voucher:- Record Recived payment transaction.
5. Journal Voucher:- Journal accounting entries, provisions, adjustment,etc
6. Contra Voucher:- Record bank transafer and cash deposits/withdrawals
7. Debit Note Voucher:- Record Debit note issued to suppliers for return adjustment.
8. Credit Note Voucher:- Record Credit note issued to suppliers for return adjustment.
9. Stock Journal Voucher:- record Stock Adjustement entries

If You want Add New Tax Rate of Items Under Services, follow these steps: 
 Step 1: Go to Administration, select Masters, then click on Items, and finally click on Modify. 
 Step 2: Select the item and Set the tax category to Services. If you want to create a new tax category, press F3 on the tax category and create it. 
 Step 3: You Can also Create it from Masters, then click on Tax category, and finally click on Add.

To enable features like Call Management and CRM in BUSY and specifically enable Enquiry and Support Management, you can follow these steps:
Step 1 :Navigate to the "Administration" section or menu within the software.
Step 2:Look for an option or submenu called "Configuration" or "Settings." 
Step 3 :Within the Configuration or Settings menu, there should be an option called "Features and Options" .
Step 4 :Locate the feature related to "Enquiry and Support Management,
Step 5 :Enable this feature by checking the corresponding checkbox or option.

To update vehicle number manually in voucher , follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to administration
Step 2: select miscellaneous data entry 
Step 3: Now select update transport details
Step 4: Select pick transaction as per required from local, central or both
Step 5: Now select one party , group or all party as per required 
Step 6: Select date wise then mention voucher type 
Step 7: Mention date range then open report 
Step 8: Now you can update vehicle number manually and save changes

If you want to delete an old material centre in BUSY please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Then click on masters 
Step 3: Then click on material centre
Step 4: Then open the material centre from modify or list then press shortcut key F8 to delete it
Step 5: If you have use that material centre in voucher you can't delete it and if you are trying to delete predefine master in that case also you can't delete it

You can create Report header printing Format for print production planning Report.
For create Report Header printing format after follow these steps:
1. Go in Administration then go in configuration 
2. Then go in Report Header printing click on add format
3. Mention format name and save 
4. Then click Enter on report Header option show your format 
5. Select your format and click on configure and configure according to your need 
6. Then you can print production planning Report in this header format

To enter HSN code in item master in BUSY follow these steps
 1. Take a backup of your data before making any changes.
 2. Go to adminsitration menu
 3. Go to masters and select item option
 4. Under item option select modify option and items will be shown
 5. Select the required item master and then enter HSN code,validate hsn code and save the changes 
 6. Now you cam follow same steps to enter hsn code in another item master

If showing scrap material as a service instead of a good, follow these steps:
 Step 1: Go to Administration, select Masters, then click on Items, and finally click on Modify.
 Step 2: Select the item and change the tax category to goods. If you want to create a new tax category, press F3 on the tax category and create it.
 Step 3: Also, check the HSN code. It should be a goods HSN code. For this, click on Validate and check.
