Is there a way to filter or group contacts by city in BUSY?

Yes , "To filter a report in BUSY on any field, follow these simple steps:
Step 1 : After running your report, press the F7 key.
Step 2 : In the F7 (filter option), you'll see two choices: Single Filter or Multi-Filter. Pick the one that suits your needs.
Step 3 : Now, specify the report column and the value you want to use for filtering. Press Ok.
By following these steps, you can easily filter any display reports in BUSY based on your criteria."

How can we configure User Dashboard report in BUSY?

To configure User dash board in BUSY, folow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration section then click on Configuration menu.
Step 2: Select the User dash board configuration tab then choose the required User.
Step 3: Now, Specify Y for the report, you want to view in User dashboard and then save the configurtion.
To view the User dash board, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display section then click on My Dash board report
Step 2: Specify the date range and view the report.

How to create a service items in BUSY?

If you want to create a service items in BUSY please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Then click on masters
Step 3: Then click on item
Step 4: Now click on add button
Step 5: Then specify the item name and its group
Step 6: Then mention the unit as NA
Step 7: Afterwards specify the other details such as hsn code and tax category etc
Step 8: Then select the don't maintain stock balance option as Y and save the master

I made changes in the Account Master but it is not reflecting in my reports. What should I do?

If you have made changes in any party or item master or any other masters,then you have to apply that master in voucher again for latest affect.For making changes in bulk for latest changes in masters,take backup of your data,you can go to housekeeping,you can regenrate master help files for masters or regenrate dual vouchers and select master for which you made changes and start process after selecting vouchers,then it will show effect in reports as per changes in masters

I have updated the masters in vouchers but still seeing errors in my reports. What could be the reason?

Why is the taxable amount breakdown not visible in the purchase invoices I received in BUSY?

If the taxable amount breakdown not showing in the purchase invoice then you need to enable the tax summary option from the below steps.
Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Then Configuration
Step 3: Then Invoice and Document printing
Step 4: Then Standard
Step 5: Then Purchase Invoice
Step 6: On Right side, there is a option of print tax summary then select it as per your requiredment you want to view instead of not required and save it

Why is the transporter window is not appearing for local transactions in BUSY Software?

If the transporter window is not appearing for local transactions in BUSY software please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then click on configuration sub menu
Step 2: Now click on features and options tab and select gst/vat option
Step 3: Afterwards enable transport details in local sales and purchase and save the changes
Step 4: Now go to transactions menu and open the voucher and create local invoice and you will be able to see transport details window in voucher

How to maintain vendor and customer records properly in BUSY

If you want to maintain customer and vendor records properly you have to specify correct group in party master so that you can found both data/reports separately 
1 : for customer you have to select sundry debtor account group while adding customer master
2 : Vendor master you have to select sundry creditor account group
Then you can check your report according your party group in other words, you get your customer & vendor data properly & seprately

Why are the units of measure for my inventory items changing from what I entered after the invoice is printed?

If Your Unit is changeing in Printing Follow these Steps:
1.Go to the Administration Select Masters Then click on Unit.
2.Then click on 'Modify' and select the unit in which the printing issue appears.
3.Next, verify the print name because what you enter as the print name will be what gets printed.

How can I customize or add new fields to existing entry and transaction screens in BUSY?

You can add the new field in the existing transaction from the voucher series configuration.
Pls follow the below steps :
Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Then Configuration
Step 3: Then Voucher series configuration
Step 4: Then select the required voucher type and series
Step 5: Then Voucher Configuration
Step 6: Then add the new optional field and save it
Step 7: Then open the existing voucher and enter the data in the new added field.
