To remove unwanted accounts from the voucher, kindly follow the step below:
Method
Blocked that unwanted accounts so its not show in voucher to blocked the account 
Step1: Go to administration menu.
Step2: Then select the Utilities 
Step3: Click on De-Activate Masters
Step4: Select that Account and Item which want to De-Activate Masters and that account not show in voucher 

If you want to specify the tax rate in item master please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Then click on masters option
Step 3: Then click on item 
Step 4: Then open the item master from modify or list button
Step 5: Then specify the tax rate in tax category field and save the master

You can freeze the vouchers as per your requirement from the below steps so that no one can able to do the changes.
Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Then Utilities
Step 3: Then Data freezing
Step 4: Then select the type of freezing as partial
Step 5: Then select the vouchers which you want to freeze it with the date.

To identify the item causing the UQC error in BUSY, follow these steps:
 Step 1: Click on the error message.
 Step 2: A window will appear with the option to update UQC.
 Step 3: Click on Update UQC, and you will see the error-causing UQC.
 Step 4: Enter the correct UQC, and the error will be removed.

If you want to see the station name of party you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then click on masters sub menu
Step 2: Now select the account and open the account master from modify or list
Step 3: After that you can see the station name of the party master in the station field

If you want to enter hsn code in item master please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Then click on masters
Step 3: Then click on item
Step 4: Then click on modify or list button to open the item master
Step 5: Afterwards specify the hsn code in the hsn code field and save the master

For Backup Process in BUSY. Pls Follow Below Steps :
Click On
Step 1:- Administration
Step 2:- Configuration
Step 3:- Backup Configuration
Step 4:- Specify Folder path in Each day option
Step 5:- Enable the option Prompt for backup then window will popup for backup after closing the company.
Step 6:- Enable the option Enforce for backup then without backup company not get close.

To Change the Tax category into services you need to follow these steps: 
 Step 1: Open Item Master in Modify mode. 
 Step 2: Click on tax Category open in modify mode by Alt M. 
 Step 3: Create Duplicate master by F12 and specify type as Services and save mention in item master then save.

To set up warning alarm for minimum stock level, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration tab.
Step 2: Select Configuration and click on Warning Alarms.
Step 3: Here, you can set warning for Minimum Level then save.
In BUSY, when item's stock goes to below minimum level then will show warning.
