Where can I add a new unit in BUSY?
If you want to add a new unit, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration, select Masters, then click on Units, and finally, click on Add.
Step 2: Write the name of your unit and set the UQC for this unit.
Can i select unit as set in BUSY?
Yes you can select the unit as set in BUSY by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then click on masters submenu
Step 2: Now click on item and open the item master
Step 3: Select unit as sets and save the item master
I am not able to see some options and fields that were there earlier in my BUSY. Why have they disappeared and how can I restore them?
In case your configuration has changed you need to ressenting that if you have idea about that configuration or you can restore backup data if you have taken the backup
There are no any other way to restore the configurations in BUSY .
Can you guide me on how to access the warning alarm feature in the administration section of BUSY Accounting Software?
Please follow below steps for enable Warning alarm in BUSY:
Step 1: Go to Administration Tab,
Step 2: And then select Configrations, option.
Step 3: Here you can see Warning Alarm, option and click on it
Step 4: ANd then,Select waring only on Negative stock.
How to transfer closing balance from the old company to the new company when splitting in BUSY?
We cannot Transfer old campany balance in new company after splitted.
The Closing balance of previous year will be consider as opening balance of current year.
After splited company you need to feed manually or pass the journal entry in BUSY.

To change the caption from Supply Outward to sales, you can follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Features/Options
Step 2: Click on GST/VAT menu.
Step 3: Untick show captions of Sale or Purchase vouchers as Supply Outward or Supply Inward.
How can i generate a report for particular date or can it added by custumn column?
Mostly Reports are in BUSY already included date but in some reports are not added you can add by cutumn column by header filed.
In Other option when we open report there is option for date you can select date as per your requirement.
Special characters not allowed in certain fields in BUSY. Why and how to enter details?
Special characters are not allowed in certain fields in BUSY because they can cause errors and prevent the data from being saved. To enter details in these fields, only use alphanumeric characters and avoid using special characters such as @, #, $, etc.
How can I modify the party name and address while adding the quotation voucher?
To modify the party name and address while adding the quotation voucher in BUSY, you need to press default shortcut key Alt+M by putting cursor on party name and modify the address and name in the party master and click on save button.
How can I stop the backup in a party in BUSY Accounting Software?
To stop the backup in a party in BUSY , please follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu and then configuration tab
Step 2: and then select Backup configuration.
Step 3: Here, you can disable the Prompt for backup or Enforce backup option .
