To check if the warning for the negative stock is working for an item in BUSY, you can try entering a voucher for that item of quantity above the existing quantity and if warning message pop up or not.

Yes, you can get negative stock warning during voucher entry by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration.
Step 2: Choose warning alarm then select do not allow for negative stock and save the configuration.

To disable Negative stock warning at sales invoice follow these steps:
 Step 1: Go to administration and then click on configuration tab
 Step 2: Select warning option and configure for No Actions for Negative stock and save the configurations.

To disable warning for negative cash balance in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration
Step 2: Select warning alarm then configure for no action in negative cash field.
Step 3: Now, save the configuration.

To increase the maximum item entries in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration
Step 2: Click on maximum entries in voucher then increase the maximun entry for item entries then save the configuration.
