How can I unfreeze my data from the current year?
To freeze data in BUSY follow the steps mentioned bollow:
Step 1: Go to administration then utilities
Step 2: Now select data freezing option
Step 3: select full option
Step 4: Mention last date of financial year and freeze data
Process to add tax for services in BUSY?
Step1:While add new item master you need to select services tax category.
Step2:You need to create new tax category and select services option. Then, you can define the tax rate and apply it to the relevant transactions

I want to email invoices directly from BUSY but the option is missing. What should I do?
The Email configurtion option is not showing in the BUSY it means you are using the Basic model. As in Basic Model the email configuration feature is not available you have to upgrade it on Standard Model.

To find and correct incorrect business transactions in BUSY, you can follow these steps :
1: Go to Transactions and select the voucher type.
2: Then modify the voucher and user can easily edit it.
How do I update my contact information like phone number and email address?
To add contact information like phone number and email address you have to follow the steps
1 open company and click on company menu
2 click on edit company and add contact and email address and save
