Yes, You need to close the previous year books and split the new Financial year after carrying over all previous year balances.
What is the Procedure to edit or cancel an e-invoice after -hour window in BUSY ?
To cancel the E-invoice from BUSY there is need to cancel the voucher first.
E-invoice can not be cancel after 24 hours.

Yes, you need to enter the location and PIN code manually in the party master and transport window. It will not auto-populate.

You need to check the unit and the conversion factor alongwith its price in the item master to get this resolved
Is there a way to customize the settings for the warning and alarm messages in BUSY Accounting Software?
In BUSY, you can set warning alarms as per the requirements but there is no provision to change warning alarm message.
How can I generate my e-invoice if the HSN code used by the seller is not valid?
E-invoice cannot be generated with invalid HSN code.You can contact to your tax consutant professional regarding confirmation of valid HSN code.
Why is the item info window on the right side of BUSY not showing percentages for me?
If you mention item details like hsn code, item tax rate, item group then these details will shown in item info.
