I don't have printing rights in BUSY. How do I get print access?
for Enabling Printing Rights in BUSY See the following step:
Step 1: Login to the company with a superuser user login.
Step 2: Go to the User Menu, then click on BUSY Users, then click on Modify.
Step 3: Select the user name and press enter.
Step 4: In Modify User Screen, specify Y Allow Printing of Documents.
Step 5: Specify Y Allow Printing of Voucher
Step 6: Click on Save to save the configuration.

If you want to change a company's username and password and update permissions in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Login your company with super or admin user then go to Administration menu.
Step 2: Select Users and click on Modify.
Step 3: Select the user of which you want to update password. After opening that you can update username and password and set permissions as per the requirements.
How do I setup and manage users & permissions in BUSY?
To Set up Users and set permission in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration tab.
Step 2: Click on "Users" option and click on the Add button.
Step 3: Type the User Name, Password and Recheck Password for the new user.
Step 4: Assign the rights and permissions for the new user according to your needs and preferences.
Step 5: Click on the Save button to create the new user.
How do I enable hidden features and options in BUSY?
For hidden features in BUSY you have to upgrade your model from existing version. In BUSY options and features are different from model to model. BUSY have 3 model Basic then Standard and Enterprise. It depends on you which features you want. you can check features in demo mode by changing BUSY models from Company Tab.

How to grant full access in BUSY?
To grant full access in BUSY,you need to log in as the Admin User or Super User if it is not created then you need to follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu and then click on User option.
Step 2: Now click on Modify option and enable User Authentication Required option and other option as per your requirement.
Step 3: Now close company and login it with user.
I am not able to see some of the options like purchase return in the software. Why are some options missing and how can I get them?
If Purchase return option is not showing , check that your user have rights to post purchase return , to check that follow the below steps:
Step 1: Open company with superuser then go to administration
Step 2: Click on user then modify and select your user
Step 3: In menu rights tick then purchase return and save
Step 4: Now login company with your user
I want to update some data but I'm not able to save the changes. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?
If you are not able to save the changes then please check the user permission related to the changes. To provide the user rights, follow these steps:
Step 1: Login the company with admin user credentials.
Step 2: Go to administration then click on user option
Step 3: Select the modify option and access the user in modify mode.
Step 4: Provide the necessary rights related to changes and save the configuration.
Why am I unable to access certain features and menus in the software? It says I don't have permissions.
If you are unable to access certain features and says you do not have
permissions then please follow the given steps
Step 1: Make sure you have logged in with super user.
Step 2: If using with sub user then please ask from super user to provide full
rights to access it.
Step 3: Make sure that the feature is available in the model you are using.
I cannot seem to locate a certain menu or page in the BUSY portal. How can I find it?
Reason for not able to locate certain menu or pages
1.User permission: If you are logged in with the sub user id and you do not have rights to view certain reports in that case you will not be able to view some reports.
2.Lower model: If you are using lower model of BUSY like BS in that case also some features would be disable for you.
