I think someone else accessed my BUSY last night and changed some settings. What should I do?

If you suspect that someone else accessed your BUSY and made changes then you shoould 
follow the steps
1 you need to ensure first that you have enabled audit trial option in BUSY if its enabled earlier
then go to display menu and click on check list
2 click on audit trial report
3 select all user and select modify option and fill the date range and ok

Why am I able to do modifications on vouchers even after setting restrictions on back date entries?

If it is possible to do modifications on vouchers even after setting restrictions on back date entries in BUSY, you need to check follow steps :
Step 1 : Go to admininstration then users
Step 2 : Click on modify mode click on three dots or restrict back date entries
Step 3 : Set the days and below as dont allow back date entries and click on ok and save button.

How can i check that I am logged in as the super user or a sub user?

To check that I am logged in as the main super user or a client sub user, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then users if you see add, modify or delete option that means you logged company with super user.
Step 2 : Go to administration then users if you see change password option that means you logged company with sub user.

The credit note modification option is missing in my BUSY. How can I enable this?

If you are unable to modify the credit note then please check the user permission related to the changes. To provide the user rights, follow these steps:
Step 1: Login the company with admin user credentials.
Step 2: Go to administration then click on user option
Step 3: Select the modify option and access the user in modify mode.
Step 4: Provide the necessary rights related to changes and save the configuration.

How do I add employees/users and set permissions in BUSY?

To Add Users and set permission in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration tab.
Step 2: Click on "Users" option and click on the Add button.
Step 3: Type the User Name, Password and Recheck Password for the new user.
Step 4: Assign the rights and permissions for the new user according to your needs and preferences.
Step 5: Click on the Save button to create the new user.

What are the different type of users in BUSY company?

In BUSY, there are two different types of users with varying levels of access and permissions.
1.Super User: The super user is the first user created in company. This user has overall administrative rights and can access and modify all features and data within the company.
2.Sub User: Sub users are users created after the super user. These users have restricted permissions that can be configured by the super user.

How can I access the Administration menu in BUSY?

For Accessing the Administration tab the User should have rights to access it. below are the steps to follow:-
Step 1: First open the company from Admin user then Go to Administration menu then click on User option.
Step 2: Click on the Modify option and select the user to whom you want to give rights.
Step 3: Then tick on the Administration option under Menu rights and save the changes.

How to add/delete users in BUSY?

Please follow steps for create Users:- 
Step 1:- Administration Tab,
Step 2:- Users
Step 3:- Add, You can control user rights also in users configration

Step 3:- Modify, Select user and on the top of the user configration option for delete user or use shortcut key "F8" for deletion of user

When trying to create a new user in BUSY software, why does an error message appear about You are not allowed to add User?

During add user if you are facing the error about You are not allow to add user it means your user authentication 
is not enable and to enable it you need to follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to the administration and then click on User option.
Step 2: Now click on Modify option and enable User Authentication required.
Step 3: Now enter user name and password and save it.

How can I get a particular function or menu to open in BUSY if it's not working?

To open a particular function or menu in BUSY if it's not working, you can try the following steps:
Step 1. Check if you have the necessary access rights or permissions to access that function or menu.
Step 2. Make sure you are using the correct shortcut keys or navigation path to open the function or menu.
Step 3. Restart the BUSY and try opening the function or menu again.
