The software is restricting certain changes or edits because you are logged in with a client user ID that lacks the necessary rights to modify specific options. To enable modifications or changes, you must have the appropriate permissions. To do so, log in using the super user login, allowing you to grant the necessary rights to the particular user ID for making modifications or changes.

Yes, it is possible to limit a user's rights to only viewing bills and lists in BUSY by configuring the user's access control settings for that, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then users
Step 2 : Click on modify mode and in menu rights give limitation of only viewing bills and lists in BUSY and click on save button.

To give rights to users to add stock journal voucher in BUSY,you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Click on administration then users
Step 2 : Click on modify and select user who can add stock journal voucher.
Step 3 : Go to menu rights and go to transactions then select and tick stock journal and tick on add option and click on save button.

If you are unable to see the Homepage tab in BUSY after login, it could be due to a few reasons.
 Step 1 : One possibility is that there may be a technical issue 
 Step 2 : Or a bug in the software. 
 Step 3: Another possibility is that your user account may not have the necessary permissions to access the Homepage tab.

You can follow below steps to add new user and edit user permissions:
Step 1: Go to Administration then click on Users.
Step 2: Then Click on Add to Add user and configure user credentials.
Step 3: Then to edit user persmissions you have to configure menu rights also.
Step 4: Also you can escape window then click on modiy user if already added and edit permissions in user.

To Add Users/Logins in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration tab.
Step 2: Click on "Users" option and click on the Add button.
Step 3: Type the User Name, Password and Recheck Password for the new user.
Step 4: Assign the rights and permissions for the new user according to your needs and preferences.
Step 5: Click on the Save button to create the new user.

Reasons for not showing the certain features in BUSY.
1. User rights:If you are logged in with the sub user and you do not have rights to view certain features in that case some feature would not be visible to you. 
2. Lower BUSY model:If you are using lower model of BUSY like basic there would be many features which are not visible to you.

If you're having trouble setting up a new user please ensure below points:
1. Make sure you have provide the necessary permissions to that user 
 2. Ensure that user authentication is enabled in your company
 3. Make sure you have open the correct configuration for the creation of user
 4. Ensure that you have saved the changes after creating the new user.

If you are a not able to turn off a user signature feture then please check the following steps: 
Step 1: Log in with Super user inn the company and check the your user permissions . 
step 2; Goto Administrations menu and then Users option. 
Step 3: Clickl on the modify tab and selct the your user name and check the User Signature permission. 

The software may show your invoice as pending if there is an error or discrepancy in the submission process. It is recommended to check for any error messages or incomplete fields in the invoice. Additionally, ensure that the invoice has been successfully saved and submitted in the software. If the issue persists, contacting the customer support of BUSY for further assistance would be advisable.
