Yes, it is possible to limit a user's rights to only viewing bills and lists in BUSY by configuring the user's access control settings for that, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then users
Step 2 : Click on modify mode and in menu rights give limitation of only viewing bills and lists in BUSY and click on save button.

How can i give rights to users to add stock journal voucher in BUSY?

Step 3: Then to edit user persmissions you have to configure menu rights also.
Step 4: Also you can escape window then click on modiy user if already added and edit permissions in user.

How do I add users/logins to BUSY?

To Add Users/Logins in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration tab.
Step 2: Click on "Users" option and click on the Add button.
Step 3: Type the User Name, Password and Recheck Password for the new user.
Step 4: Assign the rights and permissions for the new user according to your needs and preferences.
Step 5: Click on the Save button to create the new user.

I am not able to find a particular menu or feature in BUSY. Where can I find it?

Reasons for not showing the certain features in BUSY.
1. User rights:If you are logged in with the sub user and you do not have rights to view certain features in that case some feature would not be visible to you.
2. Lower BUSY model:If you are using lower model of BUSY like basic there would be many features which are not visible to you.

I'm trying to setup a new user in BUSY but it's not working. What should I check?

If you're having trouble setting up a new user please ensure below points:
1. Make sure you have provide the necessary permissions to that user
2. Ensure that user authentication is enabled in your company
3. Make sure you have open the correct configuration for the creation of user
4. Ensure that you have saved the changes after creating the new user.

Why am I unable to turn off a User sign on a formula or feature?

If you are a not able to turn off a user signature feture then please check the following steps: 
Step 1: Log in with Super user inn the company and check the your user permissions .
step 2; Goto Administrations menu and then Users option.
Step 3: Clickl on the modify tab and selct the your user name and check the User Signature permission.

Why is the software showing my invoice as pending when I have already submitted it?
