How do I restrict a user from deleting or canceling transactions in BUSY?
To restrict a user from deleting or canceling transactions in BUSY ,you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then users
Step 2 : Click on modify and select user who cannot modify and delete any transactions.
Step 3 : Go to menu rights and untick on all options of modify and delete for all voucher type and click on save button.
Why am I not able to see certain options or features in BUSY?
If you are not able to see certain features in BUSY it indicates that you are using the basic
model of BUSY, which have limited features. To enable more eature, you need to upgrade
your BUSY model from basic to standard or enterprise. I will now transfer your call to a

1.Login With Super user/admin User.
2.Then Go To The Administration Then Select Users.
3.Then Click on Modify & select the user.
4.Then In Right Side Bottom Option shows Allow to digitally Sign Documents.
5.Then Open Company With your User ID & Check.

To manage multiple users and permissions in BUSY, you can create multiple users and provide permission as per required to the users, you can follow these steps for creating users in BUSY:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Users tab.
Step 2: Click on Add option for creating new sub user.
Step 3: Specify User name and password and then give permission as per required.
What user activity reports are available in BUSY?
In BUSY, the user activity reports available are the User Activity Log and the Audit Trail. Why am I able to save changes even when the back date entry is set to three days in BUSY Accounting Software?
If it is possible to save changes even when the back date entry is set to three days in BUSY, you need to check follow steps :
Step 1 : Go to admininstration then users
Step 2 : Click on modify mode click on three dots or restrict back date entries
Step 3 : Set the 3 days and below as dont allow back date entries.

2. select use and modify it
3. go to the menu rights
4. select master and give add and modification rights to item master.
5. save the configuration, then check and create HSN code through item master.

If you are not able to see the invoice details dashboard, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in with the Superuser/Admin User, then go to Administration and click on Users.
Step 2: Click on Modify and select the user to whom you want to grant rights or access control.
