Yes, you can create separate user name for different employees to access the BUSY company for that, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Open company with super name and password
Step 2 : Click on administration then users click on add
Step 3 : Create seperate user name and password for different employees to access BUSY company and click on save button.

It is possible that the voucher is pending approval and needs to be approved in the "To be approved" section in BUSY. To approve voucher, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to display then check list
Step 2 : Go to voucher/Master apporval report
Step 3 : Open report in to be approved and clear by using default shortcut key F4.

Yes , you can geve rights or restrict user from delete voucher , to do that follow the steps below:
Step 1: Login company with Superuser 
Step 2: Go to administration then users
Step 3: Select modify and select then subuser you want to give rights for delete voucher 
Step 4: In menu rights section below transaction and voucher type tick delete option and save 

To add option for invoicing for user in BUSY, , you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Open company with super name and password
Step 2 : Click on administration then users click on modify mode and select user.
Step 3 : Now go to menu rights and tick on voucher type and also tick on add button then click on save button.

Yes, you can add back date invoice in BUSY 
To add the back date invoice ypu need to follow the below mentioned steps: 
Step 1: Ensure that User should not be restricted for back date entries 
Step 2: Go to Transation Menu and click on the voucher type which you want to enter 
Step 3: Click on Date and enter the voucher date

To restrict user access to create sale challan from BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select users option.
Step 2: Then click on modify option and open the user who need to be restricted for adding the sale challan in BUSY.
Step 3: Then from menu rights option untick the material issue to party voucher.
Step 4: Lastly click on save button.

To configure user permission for generating or printing e-invoice in BUSY :
Step 1: Go to Administration Menu 
Step 2: Click on Users Option 
Step 3: Then click on Modify option 
Step 4: Select particular user and then go to the Allow e-invoice generation/printing opton as N and save the changes 
Step 5: Afterward your sub user has restricted to generate or ptint e-invoice

If you are unable to save changes made to an existing invoice in BUSY and it says "access denied," it means that you do not have the necessary permissions or access level to modify invoices. You may need to contact your administrator or the person in charge of user access to update your permissions and allow you to make changes to invoices.

need to modify something in BUSY but don't see the Modify option for that you need to enable user rights to modify transaction to get rights follow these steps 
1. go to the users under administration
2. select user for modification 
3. select menu rights 
4. click on transaction then select relevant voucher type 
5. then enable modify option and save the configuration.
