To remove modification and deletion options from vouchers in BUSY,you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then users
Step 2 : Click on modify and select user who cannot modify and delete any transactions.
Step 3 : Go to menu rights and untick on all options of modify and delete for all voucher type and click on save button.

To modify sub-user rights to enter transactions in BUSY, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then users
Step 2 : Click on modify and select user 
Step 3 : Now go to menu rights then transactions select voucher type and tick on all add option for all voucher type as need to give rights to add it.

To assign different rights and permissions to users in BUSY follow these mentioned steps:
Step 1: Go to administation menu and then submenu users.
Step 2: Then select modify option to give rights and permissions.
Step 3: Now select user to assign different rights and permissions like allow modification, create finacial year or delete or other features as per your requirements then slect save option.

If you are unable to take backup from subuser in BUSY then follow the steps below:
Step 1: Login company with Superuser 
Step 2: Then go to administration menu then users submenu
Step 3: After that select modify option and select then subuser you want to give rights for backup 
Step 4: Then select allow data backup option as Y and save the changes.

You can specify username credential for a company after company creation in BUSY or can modify user authentication later also, to add username in data please follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration option
Step 2: Select Users, click Add
Step 3: Define username, password and rights
Step 4: You can provide access of rights by specify (Y) and restrict rights by specify (N)

To restrict sub users from modifying E invoice setting you should follow the steps 
 Step1 go to administration menu and click on configuration 
 Step2 click on feature options and select GST VAT 
 Step3 Go to required E invoice configuration option 
 Step4 Make Y on Restrict sub user to modify or delete vouchers whose E invoice is generated

If you unable to see add a new transactions options for quotation, sale or purchase, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then users.
Step 2 : Click on modify mode and open user go to menu rights then transactions.
Step 3 : Tick on add option for quotation, sale and purchase voucher and click on save button.

Due to user rights reason your certain menu options or shortcut keys like F11 are not working is because your user does not have the rights to access menus that are not visible to you and you do not have the right to switch FY that's way F11 key is not working which has been provided to you by Super User.

To ensure data security and prevent unauthorized access to your company's information in BUSY, you can set up a strong password which is never share to anyone and if create multiple users then give limited access and permissions. You can also take a regular backup of your data so that you can restore it in case of data lost or corruption.

A super user is the first user created when setting up a company in BUSY accounting software. It has full access and control over the software and can create and manage other users. You need to log in as a super user to copy the configuration because only the super user has the authority to make changes to the software's configuration.
