What should I do if the software is not allowing me to perform a specific task like generating invoices or reports?

If you are unable to perform a specific task, such as generating invoices or reports, this may be due to the non-availability of full rights for the user. You have to either login with super user or give rights to sub user.If you are unable to do so can contact for customer support for further assistance. 

Why am I unable to see certain options or features in the BUSY desktop application?

If Certain options and features are not visible BUSY it indicates that you are using the basic model of BUSY. To 
enable this feature, you need to upgrade your BUSY model from basic to standard or enterprise. I will now transfer
your call to a support executive who will assist you with the upgrade process.

How do I create and manage user accounts in BUSY?

If you want to add and manage users and set their permissions in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company with Super / Admin User.
Step 2: Go to Administration tab and click on Users.
Step 3: Here, you can Add new users or Modify the existing users and set their rights as per the requirements.

How can I create multiple sub user in BUSY?

In BUSY, you cannot create users in bulk. Further, follow these steps to create sub users manually in BUSY:
Step 1: Login the company with super user then go to administration section
Step 2: Click on user then select add tab
Step 3: Specify the user name and password then provide rights as per need and save the user master.

Can I allow readonly rights without edit rights?

No, you cannot allow the read-only rights without edit rights 
If you want to give read only right follow the below steps :
Step 1: Go to Administration and then Users
Step 2: Click on BUSY Users and then Modify
Step 3: Select the user and then Go to Menu rights and according to requirement disable the rights

Is there a way to hide or not show the purchases from a users account while still allowing them to view inventory?

Yes, it is possible to hide purchases from a user's account while still allowing them to view inventory, follow the step below:
Step 1: Login company with main user
Step 2: Go to admiistration then user
Step 3: Now click on modify and mention user name
Step 4: Go to menu rights option and untick purchase option and save

Why is BUSY not allowing me to pass an entry for a credit/debit note? What could be the possible configuration issues?

as per Credit/debit note option not showing in BUSY you need to ensure that if you login with client user id then you have user rights to add , modify or delete transactions so you need to login with super user id and give rights to you client user id for creating credit/debit note in BUSY.

I am unable to access the tax reports in BUSY. What could be the reason for this issue?

There could be several reasons why you are unable to access the tax reports in BUSY. It could be due to:
Step 1 : Internet connectivity issues
Step 2 : Software bugs
Step 3 : Incorrect user access rights.
It is recommended to check your internet connection, ensure that you have the necessary user access rights.

Why am I unable to add or edit invoices in BUSY? It says I don't have permission.

If you encounter difficulty adding or editing invoices in BUSY with a notification indicating insufficient permissions, it implies that your user account lacks the necessary access rights for such actions. To address this issue, kindly reach out to the administrator and request the appropriate permissions to enable the addition and modification of invoices on your account.

When creating a sale voucher with restricted rights, why am I unable to modify prices accordingly?

If you unable to modify the price in sales voucher, in that case for that in sub user account under user controls  Allow price change in voucher option is disable but in menu rights modification of sale voucher is ticked. That is why user can modify sale voucher but cannot change sale price of item.
