To access the super admin in BUSY, please follow below steps:
Step 1: You need to log in with the main user or super user credentials. 
Step 2: Only the super user has the authority to grant access to various modules and users. Once logged in as a super user, you can check if someone else has used the job ID.

To view the users details in BUSY you must be logged in with the super user in the company then follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select users option.
Step 2: Then select modify option then click on list to view the all users details.
Note: Further you can only view the username but password would not be visible.

To modify transaction user rights in BUSY, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then users
Step 2 : Click on modify and select user 
Step 3 : Now go to menu rights then transactions select voucher type and tick on all modify option for all voucher type as need to give rights to modify it.

If you are unable to access few feature or report in the company it is because your user has not right to config or saw the report you may give rights to your user by the following ways:
Step: 1 Open company with Admin user.
Step: 2 Then go to administration - user - modify.
Step: 3 Give required right to the user.

Yes, please follow the steps below to recreate the login user ID in BUSY:
Step 1: Go to Administration Menu
Step 2: Click on User Options
Step 3: If you want to create a new user in BUSY Company then click on Add option and then Create or if you want to modify the existing user login ID then click on Modify option.

To delete users from BUSY, follow these steps: 
Step 1: Take the latest backup of your data before any process
Step 2: Go to Administration and select the User option
Step 3: Then select modify option after that select the user name you want to delete
Step 4: Now press the Delete button or press F8 on your keyboard to delete it permanently.

No you cannot hide delete option from voucher but can restrict user from deleting voucher , to restrict user follow the steps below:
Step 1: Login company with main user 
Step 2: Go to admiistration then user
Step 3: Now click on modify and mention user name
Step 4: Go to menu rights option and untick delete option from every voucher and save

If Some options or menus are missing when you open the software, you need to follow the below reasons: 
 Step 1: Your user account may not have the required User rights 
 Step 2: Ensure that you are using the correct version of BUSY 
 Step 3: Some features may be restricted based on your subscription.Check BLS validity.

not able to make a debit note on a client in BUSY for that you need to rights for creating debit note to get rights follow these steps 
1. go to the configuration under administration 
2. then select users option and modify the client user 
3. give transaction menu rights to user
3. check on debite note and save it.

To specify a branch for a particular user in BUSY Accounting Software, you can create separate user profiles . Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Login company with main user 
Step 2: Go to admiistration then user
Step 3: Now click on modify and mention user name
Step 4: mention yes in specify branch in user then mention the branch and save
