Yes, you can restrict sub user for modification of voucher in BUSY by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on user tab.
Step 2: Select modify tab then select required user.
Step 3: Now, expand transaction in menu rights then expand required voucher type.
Step 4: Next, untick on modify option and save the user.

To resolve the problem of prices not appearing in the report for a specific user, follow these steps:
1.Log in as Administrator or Superuser.
2.Go to Administration.
3.Select Users, then choose BUSY Users.
4.Click on ModiFinancial Year and select the user's name.
5.Look for Hide Value of Items in Reports.
6.Set the option to No.
7.Save the changes in the user's master settings.

To restrict specific user to add enteries, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then users
Step 2 : Click on modify mode and open specific user go to menu rights
Step 3 : Then transactions select voucher type and untick on add option for all voucher type and click on save button.

To disable the popup for sending email/sms/notification in offline, follow these steps:
Step 1: Login the company with admin username and password.
Step 2: Go to administration section then click on user 
Step 3: Click on modify then select the required user name.
Step 4: Specify N to disable the prompt to send offline email/sms/notification and save the user.

To Add a new User to the BUSY, please follow these steps: 
Step 1: Open the company and go to the Administration menu, then click on User and select the Add
option.
Step 2: Enter the name of your sub-user and create a password.
Step 3: Provide the rights for the sub-user under Menu Rights and User Control accordingly. 

If some access your data without your permission then you can set password for your company and you need to follow 
some steps:
Step 1: Go to the administration and then click on User option.
Step 2: Now click on Modify option and enable User Authentication required.
Step 3: Now enter user name and password and save it.

To stop the notification of pending message and email in BUSY follow below steps:
Step1: Login the company with super user credential and go to Administration menu
Step2: Now click on users submenu and then select modify and open the particular user
Step3: Then disable always send email, sms, notification in offline mode option and save the option

To provide necessary rights to access the purchase order option in BUSY, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to Administration then Users and select the user for whom you want to provide access.
Step 2 :  In the user configuration, assign the necessary rights and permissions for the purchase order option.
