Yes, you can change the rights of a specific user in BUSY by using these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to administration menu.
Step 2: Select users then click on modify and choose the user of which rights you want to change.
Step 3: After opening it make changes on the relevant rights as per the requirements then save.

To log in as an administrator to save a voucher in BUSY,follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and log in with administrator or supervisor privileges.
Step 2: Then, navigate to the voucher type configuration settings and select the specific voucher type for which you want to save the voucher.
Step 3: Finally, go to transactions and configure save the voucher.

To create multiple user account in BUSY then follow the steps :
Step 1: Go to Administration menu 
Step 2: Click on Users option 
Step 3: Then click on ADD button 
Step 4: Then create user and give rights to them as per your need 
Step 5: Then you can view reports and create invoice with multiple user account

To modify the BUSY login password, you can follow the below steps:
Step 1: Login your company with admin login credentials
Step 1: Go to administration then select the User option
Step 2: Now click on Modify option and select the required user account in which you want to modify password.
Step 3: Finally, Update the password and save the user master.

To modify the BUSY login username, you can follow the below steps:
Step 1: Login your company with admin login credentials
Step 1: Go to administration then select the User option
Step 2: Now click on Modify option and select the required user account in which you want to modify username.
Step 3: Finally, Update the username and save the user master.

To modify the BUSY login password, you can follow the below steps:
Step 1: Login your company with admin login credentials
Step 1: Go to administration then select the User option
Step 2: Now click on Modify option and select the required user account in which you want to modify password.
Step 3: Finally, Update the password and save the user master.

Step :2 Go to Administration Users Modify Select your User Name ok
Step :3 in Modify User Windows See right Side Menu Rights option 
Step :4 Check all Option and Save 
Step :5 Login the Company in Selected User Name andd password

If you are unable to perform a specific task, such as generating invoices or reports, this may be due to the non-availability of full rights for the user.
