To need to enable receipt voucher for sub user to able to add it, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then users and click on modify mode.
Step 2 : Go to menu rights then transactions tick on receipt and tick on add option then click on save button.

If you are unable to save item master then it might be possibility, you are logg in with the sub user and have no rights to save the master. However in this case, you will need to logged in with super user credential and give rights to the particular sub user for modifcation

If you are getting the permission denied error while exporting the outward supply report in BUSY then check the possible aspects: 
 1.Ensure to have systematic rights and run BUSY with admininistration. 
 2.Provide security rights to the folder in which file is exporting. 
 3.Check the antivirus and exclude BUSY from it.

If You want to set Commission amounts shows user wise Follow these steps:
Step 1: If you are a sub-user, log in to the company as an Admin user.
Step 2: Go to the Administration menu and click on Users.
Step 3: Click on Modify select the user and then give the rights of commision features.

For managing rights to users in BUSY, please follow below mnetioned steps:
 Step 1: Please ensure company is login from Super user.
 Step 2: Go to User and then modify user.
 Step 3: On the Rights side, expand the feature and tick on options you want to allow for the user and save.

To change user password in BUSY, you have to follow :
 Step 1 : open BUSY
 Step 2 : login desired company
 Step 3 : click on administration
 Step 4 : users
 Step 5 : select user
 Step 6 : change password and save
 Step 7 : re login company with new password

To find your BUSY admin user ID and password see the folowing step
Step 1 : Login the Company Admin login
Step 2 : Go to Administrator click on User then Click on User then List
Step 3 : in List Report Ypu can See all user Name of if you want to changes password accordingly

You can set admin user name password in BUSY by process the following steps:
Step 1: Open company and go to Administration menu
Step 2: Then select User option and press modify
Steo 3: After that enable user authentication required option as Y 
Step 4: Now enter the username and password and then save the Configuration.

To gain access to BUSY when facing permission issues, you need to :
Step 1 : ensure that you have the necessary permissions set.
Step 2 : Make sure you have the correct user role assigned with appropriate access rights. 
Step 3 : If you are the main user, you can grant permissions to sub-users.

To obtain rights for a specific feature access, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Open your company with super user then go to Administration and click on Users.
Step 2: Click on Modify and select the user which you want to modify.
Step 3: Change the access rights as per the requirements then save changes.
