You may be unable to copy or modify vouchers in BUSY because you may not given the permission 
by the admin user you must allow the permissions by the admin user to do the process by your user
ID or it could be possible that back dated entries modification has been disabled

Step 1: Go to administration section then click on user tab.
Step 2: Select modify tab then select required user.
Step 3: Now, expand administration then configuraion in menu rights.
Step 4: Next, Tick on features and option tab and save the user.

What should I do if I am unable to export data to excel?

If your user is unable to export data in excel , you have to give rights to the user :
Step 1: Login company with main user
Step 2: Go to admiistration then user
Step 3: Now click on modify and mention user name
Step 4: mention yes in allow export of reports and save

How do I access the add and modification option for sub user?

To get access for add and modification of sub user, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then users
Step 2 : Click on modify mode go to menu rights
Step 3 : Tick all voucher type and tick on add and modify and click on save button.

How can i modify the permission for sub user in BUSY?

To modify the the user rights in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Login the company with admin user credentials.
Step 2: Go to administration then click on user option
Step 3: Select the modify option and access the user in modify mode.
Step 4: Provide the necessary rights related to changes and save the configuration.

What other security features are available for user accounts?

You can set username password for your company in BUSY to secure your data. You can also create sub-users for your employees and assign them only the necessary permissions. BUSY also has a feature of Bind Data with Hardisk which can prevent data theft, as it cannot be run on another system.
