To create new User Id of your company in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company with super / admin user then go to Administration.
Step 2: Select Users and click on Add.
Step 3: Enter the Username and Password then set the persmissions as per the requirements and save.

To get the full access to all features in BUSY 
you need to follow the steps 
Step1 open company with admin user 
Step2 Go to Administration and click on user 
Step3 select the user in which you want to allow all access
Step4 Go to menu rights option and allow all access

to grant user access rights to certain functions like stock transfers follow these steps 
1. go to the users under administration menu 
2. click on BUSY user and select particular user for modify 
3.then you can given him menu rights to create, modify and delete stock transfer vouchers. then save it.

The reason for unable to see certain options in BUSY is :
 Step 1 : Logged with sub user who has no rights to check those features
 Step 2 : Latest version of the software
 Step 3 : features might available in higher version of software.
 Step 4 : Compatibility issues

The first users of the BUSY company is super user and you cannot find the password but you can change the super user password by going to :
Step 1 : Click on administration then users
Step 2 : Click on modify and select super user change password and click on save button.

To create a user and provide necessary rights, by follow these steps:
Step 1: Login the company with admin user credentials.
Step 2: Go to administration then click on user option
Step 3: Select the add option then create the sub user and Provide the necessary rights for same.
Step 4: Save the user account.

Yes, you can restrict access to sensitive financial data for specific branches or users in BUSY. The software provides options to customize user roles and permissions, allowing you to control access to different modules and reports. You can configure branch-level access and restrict users from viewing or modifying sensitive financial information.

To check that company logged in from super user you can follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration  and click on Users.
Step 2: Now you can see the options such as Add,Modify and List so if these options are coming then it means company logged in from super user.

For give access to user to view data please follow below steps to create new user for provide access:- 
Step 1:- Administration Tab, 
Step 2:- Users
Step 3:- Add, Can ristrict rights for edit or delete in users configration
After create user in data give users credentials to your accountant for view data
