In BUSY , we can restrict user to modify voucher once entered in data.
Please Follow the below steps for user restriction :
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: User
Step 3: Modify
Step 4: Select User
Step 5: Go to menu rights
Step 6: Expand transaction
Step 7: Expand the voucher type to be selected
Step 8: Untick on modify

Yes you can Restrict user to access certain Features.
For giving rights to user follow these steps:
1. Go in Administration then go in user 
2. Then go in modify and select user 
3. Then go in Menu Right opetion which was given on right side top position 
4. Then give Right accordingly

Yes, you can remove restrictions for specific users in BUSY, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then users
Step 2 : Click on modify specifc user and select use for which you want to remove restrictions
Step 3 : Now remove restrictions and click on save button.

If you want to create a new user in BUSY please follow steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then click on users submenu
Step 2: Click on add button and then specify the username and password for it 
Step 3: Select the other options as per the requirement and save the user.

If you are login the company with sub user login credential then it may be possible that you have no rights or permission to access the configuration menu. In this scenerio, you are going to login with the super user login credential and give rights to sub user in BUSY

unable to access or edit certain fields related to inventory valuation for giving full access rights follow these steps 
1. go to the users option under administartion menu.
2. select particular user 
3. then give menu rights to user of modify voucher then save configuration.
4: after that you can modify .

In BUSY you handle multiple type of transactions by creating the relevant vouchers from the transactions menu.
If the purchase voucher is visible under the transaction menu, then might be you are logged in your company from a sub user and they do not have rights for vouchers other than purchase.

In BUSY, the super user will have all the permission in company include the user creation so if you are able to create any sub user that means you have logged in the company with super user. Further, sub user can only change the password for its own user credential.

To create a super user if a company has already been created in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on User option.
Step 2: Select Modify option and then specify-Y in user authentication required. 
Step 3: Enter Super user name and password and then save the changes.

Yes, you can restrict sub user to take backup of data by follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on user tab and select modify option.
Step 2: select the required user master then disable the allow data backup option from user control then save the master.
