In BUSY, you can create multiple users individually and set access rights for each. To create a user master, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration section and click on the User tab.
Step 2: Select the Add option, create the user, and provide rights accordingly.

Yes, it is possible that your access rights have been changed. To confirm, you can check your access permissions in the administration tab of BUSY. If certain options are no longer visible, it may be because those rights have been removed from your user profile.

To create sub user of company in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on user.
Step 2: Select add option then specify the user name and password.
Step 3: Provide adequates rights to the user as per requirement then save the user. 

In BUSY, you can directly switch from the main user to a sub user by pressing ALT+U on the BUSY screen. After pressing the ALT+U shortcut key, a switch window will appear where you can enter the sub user login credentials and click on login.

To modify user permissions for a specific user in BUSY,you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then users
Step 2 : Click on modify and select user.
Step 3 : Give permissions rights to user as needed and click on save button.

For change user name and password follow the below steps:
Step 1: Open company with super user then go to administration
Step 2: In administration go to user menu and click on modify 
Step 3: Select user and change user name and password and click on save

To Add users
Step 1: Go to the Administration option
Step 2: Select Users, click Add
Step 3: Define username, password and rights
To Remove
Step 1: Open User configuration in Modify mode from users option
Step 2: Click on the delete button or press F8 on tour keyboard to delete

To modify super user password in BUSY, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Open company and go to Administration menu
Step 2: Then select User option and press modify
Steo 3: After that select super user and modify password and then save the Configuration by selecting save option.

Yes, restrictions can be put on sub user in BUSY,you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Open company with super main user
Step 2 : Go to administration then users and click on modify mode.
Step 3 : Apply restrictions and click on save button.
