 Step 1:Go to administration menu and select users form it.
 Step 2:Then select modify option.
 Step 3:User modification window will open change the username form it.
 Step 4:Click on save button to save the changes.

To create cloud sync user id, follow the below steps:
 Step 1: Go to administration then Configuration 
 Step 2: Click on User option and then select cloud sync user
 Step 3: Then, Click on Add option and create user for cloud sync

To restrict backdated entry for voucher in BUSY, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Click on administration then users
Step 2 : Click on modify mode enable option restrict back date enteries for voucher, set configuration and click on save button.

You are encountering "insufficient permissions" when adding clients in BUSY because you do not have the necessary user permissions to perform that action. You need to contact your administrator or someone with higher user permissions to grant you access to add clients.

To create a new user in BUSY you can follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration tab
Step 2: Then click on users option then click on add button

For configuration User Right follow these steps:
1. Go in Administration then go in user 
2. Then click on add if you want to create new user otherwise click on modify for existing user
3. Select user and give right from menu right option
