If you want to configure users and roles and permission then please 
follow the given steps
Step 1: Go to administratin menu.
Step 2: Then select user then add.
Step 3: Then enter the user name and password and configure the 
 permission fo user.

To know what different users like accountants or billmen are doing in BUSY, you can configure user permissions and access levels in BUSY. This will allow you to control what each user can see and do in BUSY using user rights options

If you are unable to access or edit your saved report formats in BUSY, you should check if you have the necessary permissions to do so. If you do have the necessary permissions go to user rights and give permissions for reports.

In BUSY we have option to create user and providing permission rights to them.
Follow below steps
Step 1:- Administration
Step 2:- Users
Step 3:- Add/Modify
Step 4:- Here we can give them right
Step 5:- Click on Menu rights
Step 6:- We can select screen view rights also

To change user name login BUSY with admin user, you can follow these steps ::
Step 1 : CLick on administration

Step 3 : Select modify
Step 4 : Select desire user who want to select
Step 5 : Do changes and save

Yes, you can login company with username and password by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on users
Step 2: Click on modify then select the admin user.
Step 3: Specify N for user authentication required and save the user.

To create a new user in BUSY, you need to go to the 'User Creation' section in the software. Enter the required details like username, password, and access rights for the user. Save the information and the new user will be created.

For change password of company follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to company menu and open company from super user
Step 2: Then go to administration and select user menu
Step 3: Click on modify and select user and change password and save tab.
