Generated invoice disappeared or inaccessible in BUSY. What could be the cause? How to recover?

 In vary situations generated invoice disappear or inaccessible in BUSY, You can follow below steps to resolve it: 
Step 1: Check is it generated succesfully.
Step 2: Chekc it might due to user restrictions by admin user.
Step 3: Check it is in cancelled voucher.
Step 4: Take latest backup and go in house-keeping and check it in incomplete voucher.
Step 5: Approved and audited voucher can not be modifed.
Step 6: Unapproved voucher not reflect in account ledger if we have done such configuration.
Step 7: Also if have any latest backup then can restore it and check.

Why am I unable to edit or delete vouchers in BUSY after they've been created?

 If you are not able to edit and delete the vouchers, Then pls follow the below steps.
Step 1: Make sure you have open the company from the super user as have no rights to the sub user.
Step 2: If you are using the approval feature and dont have rights to edit and delete the voucher.
Step 3: If you have created the challan and adjusted in the sales voucher, then not able to delete or edit the voucher.
Pls follow the below steps for User Rights :
Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Then Users
Step 3: Select the user and On Expand Menu Option can give rights to the user

I need to add a new user to the system. What permissions do I need to set up and where can I configure user access?

 To add new user in BUSY.follow these steps
Step 1 Open your company and then go to administration
Step 2 Go to users and proceed to add BUSY user
Step 3 Enter user name and then confirm password
Step 4 You can also mention hierarchy level and voucher series for reporting
Step 5 Next you can also read control from other user by tagging another user in it,if required
Step 6 Or you can review all rights of which you wants to allow to user and enable
Step 7 Now save and relogin company and then login with new user
Step 8 Now user will be logged in with alloted rights

How can I synchronize password changes in BUSY across company accounts?

 : To synchronize password changes in BUSY across company accounts, you need to follow below steps :
Step 1: Log in to each company account individually.
Step 2: Within each company account, follow these sub-steps:
a. Go to the Administration section.
b. Select User from the options.
c. Choose the Modify option.
Step 3: In the modification window:
a. Select the desired username.
b. Click on the Modify option again.
c. Update your password as needed.
d. Save the updated password information.
Please note that there is no bulk password update feature available in BUSY software, so you'll need to repeat these steps for each company account individually to update the passwords.

How do I update passwords across multiple company accounts in BUSY?

 : To update passwords across multiple company accounts in BUSY, you need to follow below steps :
Step 1: Log in to each company account individually.
Step 2: Within each company account, follow these sub-steps:
a. Go to the Administration section.
b. Select User from the options.
c. Choose the Modify option.
Step 3: In the modification window:
a. Select the desired username.
b. Click on the Modify option again.
c. Update your password as needed.
d. Save the updated password information.
Please note that there is no bulk password update feature available in BUSY software, so you'll need to repeat these steps for each company account individually to update the passwords.

I need to delete a user in BUSY. How do I do this while retaining their permissions?

 If you want to delete a user but retain their permissions in the BUSY and provide the same
permissions to another user before deleting the corresponding sub user, follow these steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the Administration menu.
Step 2: Click on the User option.
Step 3: Select the Modify option and open the sub user name that you want to delete.
Step 4: Before deleting the user, make note of their permission settings.
Step 5: Create a new sub user with the same permissions as the one you want to delete.
Step 6: Assign the same permission settings to the new sub user.
Step 7: Delete the original sub user by clicking on the Delete option or pressing F8.

Why am I not able to view certain options or menus in BUSY? What can cause this?

 If you are not able to view certain options or menu in BUSY Accounitng Software and if you are login as sub user,it might the reason is your user restrictions,you can follow given steps: 
Step 1:First,login your company in BUSY as admin user.
Step 2:Go to Administration menu,
Step 3:click users,
Step 4:Open that Sub user in modify mode,
Step 5:Here,you will see the User Control and Menu Rights options.
Step 6:Then, go to Menu Rights and you can give the rights for viewing the menu you want.
Step 7:After that re login to your company as sub user, then check you will an options or menu in BUSY Accounitng Software.

BUSY is not allowing me to perform a certain function like generating bills. What could be wrong?

 If you are not able to generate bills then follow the steps to solve this.
Step 1. Open company with super user.
Step 2. Then Go to Administration Menu and click on Users option.
Step 3. Now Click on the Modify option and select the usernames of those users who are facing issues with generating bills..
step 4. Now Check the Add button under the Sales option in the Transaction. You'll find it on the right side of the page, under Menu Rights.
Step 5. Now Click on Save button to save the changes then login company with same user.
Now you have the rights to generate the bill in BUSY

I want to restrict multiple entries to the premises. Is there a way to achieve this?

 If you want to restrict multiple entries to the premises, Then you can assign accordingly to the users.Who will do and what entries will do by giving rights.
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Then Users
Step 3: Then Add
Step 4: Create User and Password
Step 5: On Top Right, Expand Menu Option can give rights to the user for which transaction can view, modify, delete,cancel and same for which reports he want to allow user can view.
Step 6: On Left Side, User Control - Can enable or disable option as per his requirment for user.

Why am I unable to modify or edit some transactions in the software?

 If you are not able to modify the some vouchers then there could be various reasons.
Step 1: If you are sub user then make sure you have rights to modify the voucher.
Step 2: If you are modifying the challan voucher which is already adjusted in the sale and purchase then not able to modify it .
Step 3: If the voucher is audited by the super user then cannot modify it.
Step 4: If the voucher is approved by the super user or the user who have approval rights then cannot modify it.
Step 5: If you are entering the voucher for the branch which you have no rights.
