TO check the user go to:

If you unable to see certain options and features in software is due to user rights by admin user give rights to access features in BUSY

How do I enter transactions for a past date? The data is not showing up.

1. when you entered ant type of transaction you can change date manually.

How can I change my BUSY password if I'm being repeatedly logged out?

To change BUSY password go to::
Step 1 : Click on administration
Step 2 : Users
Step 3 : Modify
Step 4 : Select user , change password and save.

Is there any way to keep my purchases hidden temporarily in the software?

No, there is no way to temporarily hide purchases in BUSY. However, you can grant sub users the right to restrict access to the purchase list.

- Can I set a username and password for a new company?

Yes, you can set a username and password for a new company in BUSY while creating new company and mention Y on enable user authentication required.

Why is the system not allowing me to delete a company?

If you are unable to delete the company from BUSY in that case the reason could be that you are mentioning a sub user id password.

Why am I unable to edit the HSN code?

If you are not able to edit the HSN Code in item then might be the user does not have rights to modify the item master.
