To import an excel sheet with modified item's opening stock, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on Data export import
Step 2: Choose import master from excel or google sheet then select from item.
Step 3: Tick on excel option then tick on modify existing masters.
Step 4: Select the required master fields and map them with excel sheet column.
Step 5: Specify the excel file path with excel sheet number and starting and ending row then click on import button.
Step 6: Opening stock can be modified in the begging financial year of company.

Why am I unable to see the export to Excel option in BUSY anymore? How can I get it back?

If you are unable to see export to excel option in BUSY there may be several reasons of it:
1. May be you have logged in with subuser
2. If you want export to excel option in individual invoice in that case its not possible as export to excel option works for reports data only
3. If using older release kindly update it to new version
4. It may occur due to screen resolution setting

Step 1: Take the latest backup of your data.
Step 2: Go to administration section then click on Data export import
Step 3: Choose import master from excel/Google sheet then select from item, account etc
Step 4: Select import from Excel option then tick on add new master
Step 5: Select the required master fields and Choose excel field as per data in excel sheet.
Step 6: Specify the excel file path with excel sheet number and starting and ending row then click on import tab.

Can I import customer data from other applications into BUSY?

Step 1: Export data into excel then come to BUSY.
Step 2: Go to administration then data export import
Step 3: Then import master from excel then account.
Step 4: Then select the field and set column as it is in excel.
Step 5: Then select excel file path then sheet number and raw number and
import
Step 6: If you have data into xml then select data export import xml then import
data.
