What is the process to import/export data in BUSY?.

for import/export data in BUSY we need data in excel format if you have data in execl then follow the below steps 
step 1: go to the data import/export option under administration menu
step 2: then click on import masters from MS excel option
step 3: pick relevant option which is you want to import data
step 4: then mentioned item fields in BUSY, mentioned excel file's path, starting and ending row , sheet no then click on import .

I want to upload my Excel file to BUSY but I am unable to do so. What steps should I follow to upload Excel files?

step 1:Go to the Data Import/Export option under the Administration tab. 
step 2:Click on Import/Export Master from MS Excel.
step 3:Open the Item option.
step 4:Specify the import options as new or modify.
step 5:Select the relevant fields you wish to import from the Excel file.
step 6:Choose the Excel file path, specify the start and end rows, and indicate the sheet number.

Step 1: Go the customer data excel sheet
Step 2: Select the customer column data
Step 3: On top right, Click on conditional formatting
Step 4: Then highlights cells rules
Step 5: Then click on duplicate values then duplicates will get highlight with pink colour.

How do I import customers/vendors lists into BUSY?

To import customer or vendor list through excel in BUSY, you can follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on Data Export Import option
Step 2: Now, Select Import master from MS excel option then click on Accounts tab
Step 3: To create an Account, choose the necessary fields for account details, select the Excel sheet with the starting and ending rows of data, and import the sheet.
Note: Take the latest backup of data before any process.

What are the steps I need to follow to correctly setup the excel export template so it captures all the item details I need?

To correctly set up Excel export template in BUSY and capture all needed item details, you need to 
Step 1 : First select the required report and click on the 'Export' button.
Step 2 : Then, select the 'Excel' option and choose the appropriate template.
Step 3 : Make sure to include all necessary columns such as item name, customer name, invoice number, and GST details. Finally, save the template and export the report to Excel.

I used to be able to export all item details correctly earlier. But now only partial details like item name are getting exported. What should I do to fix this?

To add column in Item to export, follow these steps:
Step 1 : Click on administration
Step 2 : Select Masters
Step 3 : Click on list
Step 4 : Screen
Step 5 : Select configurable alphabetical
Step 6 : All items
Step 7 : Click on botton tab Select fields
Step 8 : Search and double click on field needed
Step 9 : Save
Step 10 : Then the item list will load and export

I am unable to export all the details (like GSTIN, serial number code etc.) for each item row in the excel export. How can I fix this?
