How can I import data from tally to BUSY like purchase,purchase return and sales vouchers and other transactions?

 To import data from tally to BUSY,follow these steps
Step 1. Export data from Tally in XML Format.
Step 2. Export Data Should be Masters and Transactions.
Step 3. Rename the Masters and Transaction file as Masters and Daybook.
Step 4. Open BUSY's Official Website i.e busy.in
Step 5. Then click on Resourses and select Download.
Step 6. Scroll down and click on Miscellaneous Tool.
Step 7. Download and install Tally to BUSY Utility.
Step 8. Open BUSY and then click on Add on.
Step 9. Click on Tally to BUSY Utility and open it.
Step 10. Select path of Tally exported masters and daybook XML Files.
Step 11. Configure Tally to BUSY Utility Accordingly.
Step 12. Vouchers will be saved in Main series.
Step 13. Then click on Import option

Can i automatically upload or export data in BUSY from other software?

 If you want to import data in BUSY from others software then please follow the below steps:
Note : We have utility for data import from TALLY TO BUSY.
Step 1: Open your web browser in your system
Step 2: Visit our site www.busy.in
Step 3: Click on Resources Menu
Step 4: Click on Download option
Step 5: Scroll down the courser and Go to the Miscellaneous Tools
Step 6: Click on Click to download button, it will take few minutes to download teh utility
Step 7: Then click on Utility setup and install it by click on NEXT and INSTALL option
Step 8: After successful Installation of Utility, Open the company in BUSY
Step 9: Go to ADD ON Menu and then click on TALLYBUSY utlity
Step 10: Attach file in the field of Masters and Transactions tehn click on Import button to start importing
If you want to import data other than TALLY Software then You can Export their data in Excel and Import in BUSY through excel

How do I resolve errors while migrating data from Tally to BUSY?

 To Migrating data from Tally to BUSY, you can follow the given steps : 
Step 1. Export data from Tally in XML Format.
Step 2. Export Data Should be Masters and Transactions.
Step 3. Rename the Masters and Transaction file as Masters and Daybook.

Is there a way to transfer data from Tally to BUSY?

 Yes in BUSY there is a option of transfer data from tally to BUSY 
To transfer data from tally to BUSY you need to follow the steps
Step1 You need to ensure that you have installed Tally to BUSY add on
Step2 Open tally software and Go to display daybook option
Step3 export daybook in XML for the particular date range you want to import and Import all masters
in XML
Step4 create a folder and save both XML data on their
Step5 open BUSY and go to addon option and click on Tally to BUSY
Step6 In voucher saving option select Local multirate in Local purchase type and Central multirate for
central purchase type same as in sale
Step7 Select CGST bill sundry as CGST SGST bill sundry as SGST and IGST bill sundry as IGST
for both purchase and sale
Step8 select the folder path for tally xml where you have saved the tally xml data
Step9 then click on import

How do I import data from Tally or other accounting software into BUSY?

 To record opening balances during migration through other softwares.
Step1: Click on the Adminstration option
Step2: Click on Data Export Import option
Step3: Click on Import masters or vocuhers from Excel option
Step4: Select which master you want to import(i.e Items, Accounts and Etc) or vouchers you want to import
Step5: After Selecting the master, We have to set the Accounts field and excel as per the configurations.
Step6: For Vouchers,we have the select the desired fields to be imported and confgure BUSY and excel according to desired fields.
Step7: we have to mention the excel file path in there and also the columsn from where, upto where we want to import the same.

Step1: We have a specific utility/Add-on for the same i.e TALLY to BUSY, Install the same.
Step2: From Tally we have to export 2 specific files one is Daybook.Xml and other one is Masters.Xml
Step3: Click on Add-o option in BUSY, Open the utility of TALLY to BUSY
Step4: Mention the location of exported files(Tally files)
Step5: Click on import.

How to convert data from Tally to BUSY Software?

 To convert data from Tally to BUSY software, follow these steps:
Step 1: First download Tally2BUSY Setup from our website www.busy.in.
Step 2: Go to resources and download section.
Step 3: Then find Tally2BUSY setup under Miscellaneous Tool.
Step 4: After downloaded, install the setup in the same drive where BUSY installed.
Step 5: Log in to your company in Tally and export the Daybook and list of Masters in XML format.
Step 6: Create a new company in BUSY with same financial year as per the data exported from Tally.
Step 7: After create a new company in BUSY, go to the Administration Menu, then Configuration, and choose Feature/Options. Click on the Inventory Configuration Tab.
Step 8: Enable Multi Godown Inventory from the Inventory tab.
Step 9: Go to the Addon Menu and select the Tally2BUSY option.
Step 10: Choose the relevant Sales/Purchase types and CGST/SGST/IGST bill sundries.
Step 11: Select the location where you exported Tally Daybooks and Masters in XML.
Step 12: Click on the import button and wait for the process to complete.

 To convert Tally prime data to BUSY, follow these steps:
