I am getting an error while exporting reports from BUSY. What are some common export errors and how can I troubleshoot them?

To troubleshoot the common errors while exporting to excel follow the steps 
1 while show the export file not found then reinstall BUSY in BUSYwin folder
2 while show the microsoft excel must be 97 or higher then follow the steps
close BUSY and go to control panel and click on program feature and select microsoft office
right click on it and click on repair and let the process done then restart BUSY
but need to ensure that if this error coming in windows 11 then your microsoft office should be
2019 or above

Why am I getting an error that says my Excel file needs to be repaired when trying to export GST data?

The Excel file may show error during GST data export in BUSY due to compatibility issues with the version of Microsoft Excel being used. It is recommended to get the Excel file repaired by an IT person or use a government template for importing data in offline tools. 
And you should ensure the below mentioned points :
1 : Excel and BUSY should be install in same drive
2 : You have to select UK language through region from control panel
3 : Make you are using microsoft excel version 2010 or higher as per govt. portal.

Can I export invoices/bills from BUSY? What are the steps?

Yes, you can export invoices/bills from BUSY. The steps to export invoices/bills are as follows:
1. Open Company in BUSY
2. Go to transactions and then select sale voucher and open list of vouchers.
3. Select the invoice/bill you want to export.
4. Click on the print option or use CTRL+P and then sales invoice
5. Choose the print format you want to export the invoice/bill in like standard.
6. Click on export and select the file format as pdf
6. Specify the destination folder where you want to save the exported file.
7. Click on the ok button.

When I try to export reports from BUSY to Excel, the formatting gets messed up. The columns are not aligned properly. How can I resolve this issue and export reports to Excel with correct formatting?

When exporting reports from BUSY to excel follow these steps
1.Check the number of entries and lenght of report
2,Make sure your data is accurate and updated
3.Make sure in your system,excel is working properly and is uptodate
4.Also check before exporting,all the colomns in BUSY and its data fields are showing properly
5.Then export data from BUSY to excel on selected path and also check if any auto filter or auto formatting should not be there,due to which sometimes som rows or columns get hide or shrinked
6.In case unable to export in excel,try epxorting in csv format
