To copy masters from one company to another in BUSY follow these steps:
Step 1: Open company from which you want to copy master 
Step 2: Then go to Administration menu and then select data export import option.
Step 3: Then select data export import XML option after that you will see two option export data and import data and then select export data option.
Step 4: Then you will see two option again masters and transactions and then select masters option.
Step 5: Then select account or item as per your requirement and other details to export.
Step 6: Then select file path where you want to export file then select export option to export file.
Step 7: Then open another company where you want to copy masters.
Step 8: Then go to Administration menu and then select data export import option.
Step 9: Then select data Export Import XML option after that you will see two option export data and import data and then select import data option.
Step 10: Then select exported file path for importing masters and then OK to start the process and after completing the same a confirmation message will appear on the screen.

For Tally to BUSY, We have Utility for Data Conversion of Tally to BUSY. Pls Follow Below Steps:
Step 1: Download Tally to BUSY utility from our site www.busy.in
Step 2: Install it then in BUSY will show in Add On option in company.
Step 3: Export Xml data of Masters and Vouchers from Tally.
Step 4: In BUSY, Click on Add on option.
Step 5: Select Sale/Purc type 
Step 6: Specify Xml Folder path for Masters & Transaction.

Step 1: Open company from which you want to copy master

Step 4: Now select masters option and then select account or item as per your requirement and other details to export.
Step 6: After that select file path where you want to export file then select export option to export file.

Step 10: Then select exported file path for importing masters and then press OK to start the process and after completing the same a confirmation message will appear on the screen.

Step 1: You can import all item master from one company to another company via the XML option that is available in BUSY from Standard Model onwards.
Step 2: First you have to open the company from which you want to export item masters. 
Step 3: Then Go to the Administration menu and then click on the Data Export Import option.
Step 4: After that click on Data Export / Import (XML) option and then click on Export data.
Step 5: Click on Masters and select master types for export and then select file path and click on Export.
Step 6: Then open another company in which you want to import masters. 
Step 7: Go to the same option of Data Export / Import (XML) option but here you have to click on the Import option.
Step 8: Browse the location where you exported data in XML then import it by clicking on the Import option.
Note: Take backup of your data before running this process.
