Yes, you can generate a PDF of the bill from BUSY below are the steps to follow:-
Step 1: Go to the Transaction menu then click on sale then modify and specify the voucher number and open the voucher then click on export button.
Step 2: Then click on PDF and define the location where want to export the PDF and export it. 

If you are not able to open PDF so please check these options:
Step 1: Please remove & reinstall Adobe reader in your system from google. 
Step 2: Try to export files in excel & then you can convert it in PDF from google. 
Step 3: Also restart system & then install Adobe reader or try it with another pdf software.

We can merge tow company data in one company by export data in excel and then import in new company or we can do merge data by head office and branch office configuration

To change the default PDF reader in BUSY, you can follow the steps to select Adobe Reader as the default PDF application. 
1. Go to administration. 
2. Go to configuration. 
3. Go to Hardware configuration. 
4. Select the Default printer driver in that DoPDF. 5. After that while Printing the invoice its default printer is selected to DoPDF. 

Follow below steps to download credit notes as PDF files:
Step 1: Go in transaction section.
Step 2: Then select credit note.
Step 3: Open or create desired credit note.
Step 4: Then Press ALT+P then select credit note.
Step 5: Select the format and click on export.
Step 6: Then select export format as PDF and mention the export location.
Step 7: Save and check.

When having trouble in importing data from old company to new company , check the following option :
Step 1: Check the finacial year should be same of the data importing and the company 
Step 2: You have created necessary masters in the company 
Step 3: Make sure you have selected correct file 
Step 4: Match configuration of company 

Yes, it is possible to export data selectively based on date or other filters in the BUSY Accounting software. Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to administration then data export import 
Step 2: Then select data export import XML
Step 3: Now select export data then transaction
Step 4: Select date range of data to be exported as per requirement 

If you want to export data in XML format, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration then click on Data Export Import.
Step 2: Click on Data Export/Import (XML) then click on Export Data.
Step 3: Click on Masters/Transactions for what you want to export.
Step 4: Select what you want to export set the file path and click on Export.

There are some tips for properly recording export in BUSY:
1. Make sure to create a separate transaction for export sales to anSEZ entity.
2. Check that the shipping address is correctely entered in the export to avoide any errors in the export process.
3. While adding voucher select Sales type of export
4. In party master select Type of Dealer -Unregister

To enable PDF creation in BUSY for printing invoices when the PDF option is missing, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Take backup of your data.
Step 2: Uninstall BUSY online old version & reinstall lastest version.
Step 3: Now open it & check in any company & try to export it.
Step 4: Select PDF option for export.
