How can I restore backup data in BUSY? I accidentally deleted some important records.
We sincerely apologize for the data loss issue you have encountered. However, BUSY does not automatically delete any data without the operator's knowledge. We always prioritize data backup and have implemented a multi-layer backup system, including manual backup, automatic backup with Google Drive, and backup on close, among others.
If you have configured AutoBackup with Google Drive, that's excellent as it provides additional security for your data. To restore a backup in BUSY, follow the steps given below:
1. Open BUSY Software.
2. Navigate to the Company menu.
3. Choose Restore Data.
4. Select the file from the specified path.
5. Click OK to initiate the restore process.
