You can take the data backup from the Below Steps :
Step 1: Click on Company Menu
Step 2: Then Backup Data
Step 3: Select the company for which you want to take the backup
Step 4: Then Mention the company Username and Password 
Step 5: Select the Financial Year for which you want to take the data backup for particular financial year or for all financial year.
Step 6: Then specify the backup folder path.

You can take the data backup from the Below Steps :

To take the backup of selected companies you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your BUSY software
Step 2: Then click on backup data option
Step 3: Afterwards select that company for which you want to take a backup
Step 4: If you set username and password for that company then it will ask you once 
Step 5: Then specify the path for backup and click on ok button to proceed for the backup

If you want to restore a backup taken by BUSY Agent, you can follow these steps:
 Step 1: Open BUSY and select "Restore Data" option from Company tab.
 Step 2: Choose the folder that contains backup files and click on OK button to start the restoring process.
 Step 3: If same data already exist in then BUSY will provide you an option to override it. You can chosse Yes/No as required.

To take Data Backup Process the BUSY software
Step : 1 Go to the company menu, then go to the backup data option, select the particular company, select the backup folder path, and take the backup 
Step 2: After completing the backup, show the backup completed successfully and go to the specified folder to ensure the folder of the backup.
Step 3: This will ensure that your data is safely backed up.

If you want to take a backup of the data please follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your BUSY software
Step 2: Then click on backup data 
Step 3: Then select the company for which you want to take a bcakup
Step 4: Then specify its username and password if ask
Step 5: Then specify the path where you want to take a backup
Step 6: Then click on ok to proceed for a backup

The backup failed to fix it follow these steps 
1. close BUSY and open again 
2. then there is option called re-index data 
3. select company and re-index all F.Y data year wise
4. also you can change backup path while taking backup because some times there is permission related issue in windows to access any folder. so while taking backup insure that you have full permission to access that folder.

It is recommended to take a backup after completing the current process in BUSY. Follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the BUSY application 
Step 2: Go to company section and click on Backup data option
Step 3: Now, select the specific company for which you want to create backup and mention the login credentials if have.
Step 4: Specify the path for backup 
Step 5: Start the backup process and let it complete.

If you want to restore a backup which was taken previously in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select "Restore Data" option from Company tab.
Step 2: Choose the folder that contains backup files and click on OK button to start the restoring process.
Step 3: If same data already exist in then BUSY will provide you an option to override it. You can chosse Yes/No as required.

When have backup files of the data then simply can restore it. 
 Pls Follow the Below Steps for Data Restore :
 Step 1: Click on Company Menu
 Step 2: Then Restore Data
 Step 3: Specify the backup folder path 
 Step 4: Popup will show for restoring the XYZ Company then click on it.If shows that this company is already exists in BUSY then overwrite it with NO.
