To restore the backup in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY go to company menu and select the restore data
Step 2:  Choose the folder containing the backup files, and click on OK to start the restoring process. If the same data already exists, you will be prompted to overwrite it. It is recommended to take a backup before making any changes to avoid losing data.

To recover deleted file in BUSY you have to restore backup of cpmany , for restore backup you can follow the below stteps:
 Step 1: Open BUSY and select option for restore data n company menu 
 Step 2: Mention the path in which backup file is present 
 Step 3: Press ok then you can check restored company with the date of restoration mentioned in company list

to retrieve data that has been copied and pasted into the software, please follow the below steps: 
Step 1: And select Restore Data option from Company tab.
Step 2: Choose the folder that contains backup files and click on OK  button to start the restoring process.
Step 3: If same data already exist in then BUSY will provide you an option to override it. You can chosse Yes/No as required.        

It is possible to restore the last updated data beyond a week for that, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY then click on Restore Data under the Company menu.
Step 2: Select the folder path in which backup files are stored.
Step 3: Press Ok to proceed and if the same company already exists then it asks for overwrite it. You can select yes or no as required.

The backup data with anyone and restore it again , please follow the below steps: 
Step 1:   and select Restore Data option from Company tab.
Step 2: Choose the folder that contains backup files and click on OK  button to start the restoring process.
Step 3: If same data already exist in then BUSY will provide you an option to override it. You can chosse Yes/No as required.

To take backup in BUSY, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1: Open BUSY go to company menu
Step 2: Now backup data select the company for which you want to take backup
Step 3: Now define user name and password who has rights to take backup and define the folder name to take backup and select all financial year or single financial year as required, click on ok button.

To restore data after an upgrade in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
 Step 1: Open BUSY and select "Restore Data" option from Company tab.
 Step 2: Choose the folder that contains backup files and click on OK button to start the restoring process.
 Step 3: If same data already exist in then BUSY will provide you an option to override it. You can chosse Yes/No as required.
