If you want to restore a backup in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
 Step 1: Open BUSY and select "Restore Data" option from Company tab.
 Step 2: Choose the folder that contains backup files and click on OK button to start the restoring process.
 Step 3: If same data already exist in then BUSY will provide you an option to override it. You can chosse Yes/No as required.

The Backup files from BUSY is always generate without compressed file.
 Pls Follow the Below Steps for Backup :
 Step 1: Click on company menu
 Step 2: Then backup data
 Step 3: select the company for which you want to take the backup then mention the user name and password,select for which financial year you want to take the backup and specify the folder path for the backup.

If you have backup you can restore it in BUSY by following these steps:

If your accountant needs last year's data, The best way to provide that to them is:
Switch to last year by pressing the F11 key.
Your accountant is BUSY, so the best way is to take a backup of last year's data and provide it to him.
If your accountant is not BUSY, then you need to export data in Excel, like a sales report or purchase report, and provide it.

Yes, it is recommended to take a backup of the data before proceeding with bulk updation in BUSY. Follow these steps to take backup.
Step 1: Open BUSY then click on company menu.
Step 2: Choose the backup data option then select required company
Step 3: Mention the company admin username and password and click on ok tab
Step 4: Specify the path for backup and click on ok to take backup.

The Backup files may not showing in the specified folder. There could be several reasons for this, such as:
 1. The backup was interrupted or corrupted due to power failure, network issues, virus attacks, or other factors.
 2. The backup settings were not configured properly, such as selecting the wrong company, folder, to backup.
 3. The backup file was overwritten or deleted by mistake or by another program.

To backup a particular financial year's data after closing the company in BUSY, you can follow these steps: 
Step 1: Open BUSY then click on company menu.
Step 2: Choose the backup data option then select required company.
Step 3: Mention the company admin username and password and click on ok tab
Step 4: Specify the path for backup, select the single financial year and click on ok to take backup.

To recover a backup if any issue for an item ,please follow the below steps: 
Step 1: Go to Company Menu and look for the option of the Restore Data
Step 2: here you have to Specify the backup folder path or you can browse it with the given button.
Step 3: Now click on the Okay button . and message window will be popup . Say No to Overwrite

To restore data from Google Drive backup , please follow below steps :
Step 1: Go to company menu and select Restore Data option.
Step 2: Choose the folder that contains backup files and click on OK  button to start the restoring process.
Step 3: If same data already exist in then BUSY will provide you a option to override it. You can choose No as restore another company . 

If you have restored a backup in BUSY and now want to delete that company, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY then click on Delete Company / Single F.Y.
Step 2: Select the company which want to delete and enter the login credentials. (If required)
Step 3: You can select Complete Company or Single F.Y. as required then proceed.
Note: Once a company deleted can not be recoverd.
