In BUSY, you can take the backup by following these steps:
Step 1: Open the BUSY application 
Step 2: Go to company section and click on Backup data option
Step 3: Now, select the specifif company for which you want to create backup and mention the login credentials if have.
Step 4: Specify the path for backup 
Step 5: Start the backup process and let it complete.

You can restore backup file in BUSY by following below steps:
Step1: Open BUSY software and then go to company menu
Step2: Now click on restore data option and mention the backuped data path on the required field 
Step3: Then click on OK and select Yes and after completing the process a confirmation message will display on the screen, now you can view the restored company.

To take a backup of my data before making modifications to the user account, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Close BUSY company then go to company menu
Step 2 : Go to backup data and select company for which want to take backup
Step 3 : Define super user name and password and take backup in desired location and click ok.

To restore data from a backup in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY then click on Restore Data under the Company menu.
Step 2: Select the folder path in which backup files are stored.
Step 3: Press Ok to proceed and if same company is already exist then it ask for overwrite it. You can select yes or no as required.

Yes, It is recommended to take a backup of data before merging accounts in BUSY by follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY then click on company menu.
Step 2: Choose the backup data option then select required company
Step 3: Mention the company admin username and password and click on ok tab
Step 4: Specify the path for backup and click on ok to take backup.

To set the new backup path if backup data folder was rename you can create a new folder and set the path Please follow below steps: 
Step 1: Go to Company Menu then click on Backup Data option
Step 2: Select the company for data backup
Step 3: Now mention the super user and Password then Select Financial Year and specify the backup folder path

To take backup of your data from BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY then click on Backup Data under the Company menu.
Step 2: Select the company of which you want to take backup and enter the login credentials. (If Required)
Step 3: Select the backup path and you can select All financial year or single financial as required then proceed.

 Step 3: Select the company for which you want to take the backup 
 Step 4: Then mention the user name and password,select for which financial year you want to take the backup
 Step 5: Specify the folder path for the backup.
