To take backup before rewrite books in BUSY, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY then click on company menu.
Step 2: Choose the backup data option then select required company
Step 3: Mention the company admin username and password and click on ok tab
Step 4: Specify the path for backup and click on ok to take backup.

To take backup of your data from BUSY, follow these steps: 
Step 1: Open BUSY then click on company menu.

To restore sql data on other system or laptop first you need to install the same version 
of SQL on it and need to configure SQL server configure manager then need to set the 
server information in BUSY and go to restore data option and set the restoration path then 
ok to restore the sql data

BUSY software store your data on permanent basis in your system it is not removed untill you delete any voucher from BUSY or remove any data from your system .In BUSY you can easily manage inventory with accounting For manage inventory you have to create item master with proper detail and pass vouchers in BUSY

To take backup of the data from BUSY software follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to company menu and select backup data option.
Step 2: Then select company for which you want to take backup and then mention username and password.
Step 3: Then select path for taking backup of the data.
Step 4: Then click on ok button.

To take a backup of data in BUSY, Follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY then click on company menu.

Step 4: Specify the path for backup and click on ok to take backup.

If you accidentally delete a sale or any other transaction in BUSY, please follow below stepa:
Step1:  you can recover it by restoring the backup data. To restore the backup data, go to the Company tab and select the Restore Data option. 
Step 2:Choose the backup file and follow the prompts to restore the data.

To verify the backup you have taken in BUSY you can follow this steps:
Step 1: After taking backup if its showing successfully backed up the data it mean its successfully taken
Step 2: If still you are not sure you can restore that backup with overwrite no and you can open that restored company and check

To access your data on different pc you use below points:
1. Take backup of your data and then restore backup in that pc by installing BUSY on other system either in demo mode or in licence mode.
2. You can also purchase BUSY mobile app to access your reports in your mobile phone from different locations.

You can take a backup of your company data in this way:
 Step1: By using the BUSY Agent which automatically saves a backup of your data to your Google Drive or local drive.
 Step2: Go to company menu
 Step 3: Back up data 
 Step 4: Give path where you want to take back up
