To recover from these issues, you can restore data from a backup file. It is recommended to take regular backups of your data to prevent data loss. If data gets corrupted, you can restore it from the backup to recover the correct information.

If your BUSY data is corrupted
1 Restore from a backup if you have one.
2 Check if the data file is zero KB or affected by a virus then data repair may not be possible.
3 If the above problems are not found, send the data to your BUSY channel partner or our support email ID. Keep in mind that this service is chargeable.

If you forget your password, follow these steps:
Step1 Contact your BUSY Channel partner or send the BUSY backup file.
If the data size is large, copy the DB file from the data folder and send it to supportatBUSYdotin. Remember to include your company details.
The support team will then send reset instructions to the email registered with your BUSY serial number.

If your data folder is not getting open then follow the below steps.
 Step 1: You have to copy the data folder in different location then set the data path but if any error is coming while copying the data then contact to the IT person. 
 Step 2: You can restore the data from your data backup.

If some of your vouchers are missing from reports in your accounting software, you can take the following steps:
 Step 1: Double-Check Filters and Date Ranges.
 Step 2: Check Audit Trail report .
 Step 3: Check Data check list report from display menu , to find missing voucher numbers . 
 Step 4 : Restore old backup .

To prevent data corruption issues when handling a large number of companies, it is important to follow these steps:
 1. Regularly take backups of the data to ensure that you have a copy in case of any corruption.
 2. Use reliable and up-to-date antivirus software to protect the data from viruses or malware that can cause corruption.

When the file created by BUSY seems corrupted you can follow the below steps :
 Step 1: Take backup of the company then open company and go to housekeeping 
 Step 2: Then reindex database and again create the file 
 Step 3: If stiil same issue you can check by restoring latest backup and creating file

If you experienced a crash or technical issue and lost your data/books, you will need to restore from a backup. It is important to regularly backup your data to avoid future loss. If you do not have a backup, it will not be possible to recover your lost data, you can contact your IT person for this.

Before updating, BUSY It is recommended to take a company backup to recover your data if it seems to be missing after updating.You can restore to recove or reimport the data. For the restore process, follow the steps.
Step 1: Close the company.
Step 2: Under company, select restore data.
Step 3: Provide provide backup data path for restoration.
